The bathroom is disgusting!
I bought a save on foods chicken ceasar salad in their "to go lunch" section for $8.99, which is criminal pricing.it didn't even come with dressing.so glad I bought this to go salad for my lunch and not be able to eat it. They also tried to charge me $28 for a half cake, they were charging for a full cake! Apparently they "accidently" labeled all the cakes at the full cake price, I wonder how many people were ripped off without realizing. Save On absolutely nothing.

Since covid its now been 11 times that I've purchased chicken and had to return it cause its spoiled.

EDIT: have returned more since this post. Learned that if I buy chicken here to cook it that day.

Was at Ladner store, not the best service. Was at the self service and machine wouldn't read more rewards card, guy working just said" oh well and did nothing" not sure why they have a person there? He knew nothing.

Went to deli department. Assisted by Joshua, he was so helpful and helped me a a lot in finding stuff. Great employee and good person.

Asked if produce could check for new mushrooms as they had only a few left that looked like they had seen better days! The woman helping me seemed annoyed when I asked if she could check the back! It was 11: 30 am on a Friday! She looked like she didn’t bother to even check! So I went to there lotto kiosk after! Man talk about the rudest person selling lotto tickets! I say good morning thankyou and have a nice day and she looks at me like she can’t stand to sell me a ticket! Bottom line! I avoid Save on at all cost! But my wife gets her Oat milk there! I Told my wife to look for it somewhere else! Do better Save on! And have a word with the lotto centre! There in your store after all! Oh by the way I went to freshco for the mushrooms! Lots of them and they looked liked they were just picked! I know we’re I’m going for my Produce!

Dry wedges from deli. Pink chicken wings from wing bar. And I wouldn't trust the chicken strips at this point so my food I paid for went to waste

Can you tell me why you got to have a save on more card so you can get the cheaper deals no. I don't have one why don't you just offer the cheapest price to all. Dear Jimmy

Fresh foods, helpful staff with a positive attitude! I always get the help I need and truly appreciate this neighbourhood grocery and pharmacy.

Depends on the day of the week but some times the produce selection isn't that great. But other than that they are awesome. Deli staff are more than helpful they're just all happy people. Love going here's. Just gotta stock some nicer and? Pretty please.

Alot of vegan options.the pharmacy is up to par with makeup items, medicinal items you may need. A place to go to get a little bit of everything.only feed back is they need to open more tills.or the customer service ladies need to step in and help more. There has been moments the cashiers are getting swarmed and the costumer service rep just stands there looking off into the distance

I was extremely disappointed that NO staff were wearing masks! And also extremely concerned and alarmed that most shoppers were also NOT wearing masks! This has to be mandated. We are poised to have a spike in cases.we must be diligent to keep our economy open by doing what we can. Masks work in reducing the spread of Covid-19.

I have been shopping here for many years. They almost always have everything in stock. The new online ordering system is great. They get everything ready for you and they have designated parking for pick-up.

Terribly sad that the management at Save On Foods does not make it a rule to have staff wear masks. The assistant manager says the masks are available but it is up to each staff person if they wear one or not. This, she says, is in accordance with current Provincial rules. She, the assistant manager, did not have a mask on nor did she keep 6 feet from me when we spoke. I wear a mask because I have a chronically sick son at home. I will try to seek out safer places to grocery shop. Sad.

Save On Foods is a nice grocery store in the Ladner Shopping Centre. We picked up some fresh fruit, tomatoes, milk, yogurt, green tea bags and a packet of Doritos. We bought some muffins and burgers as well as some dairy free cheese slices and a bottle of guacamole to go with it. There is a nice selection of fresh vegetables and fruit kept in the fresh foods section. There is a good selection of cheese and cheese slices, which includes dairy free cheese for the vegans. The deli had a good selection of meat. All the prices are clearly marked on the shelves.

Wow, experienced customer service staff really need to be trained in customer service. One lady there was pretty bad with customer in front of me and then to me. It’s too bad. I was just starting to give save on foods a try.

Too brightly lit. Poor excuse for a bakery. However, their roast chicken and chicken pot pies are delicious and the staff are very pleasant.

Save on foods in Ladner has some great staff and the store is looking better these days with the recent renovation

Save On is always great. Love their selections, natural food selections and prices! This one especially stood out. The pharmacy employees were the most helpful. They even helped me with regular on the shelf medical stuff. Check out clerk was very happy and made great conversation.

Did the grocery pick up today while on my lunch break, the guy would not release my order because my address on my drivers license didn't match my account. I explained I moved recently and hadn't changed my address. He wouldn't take that, I even tried to show my visa to show my name matched. I requested to speak to his manager and the manager came out checked my id and said have a nice day. I would give a higher rating for the Manager but the kid dealing with my order should get 1 star for his terrible customer service.

I would give zero stars if I could. We bought a bunch of groceries on August 3rd and by the 5th it had all gone bad. The hot dog buns went mouldy On the 5th (use by date was Aug 8th), produce went mouldy by the 6th. We also got beef patties with zero taste. And to top it off our cashier was rude and when she saw the expression on my face she quickly turned extra sweet. I won’t purchase anything here again. I’d rather drive to superstore in white rock.

I would leave zero stars if I could for this location. Terrible produce and a lot of staff are very rude including the lady who called me a liar because I used my phone number instead of my card to redeem points and wasn't allowed for some reason! I do it all the time. The worst part is being called a liar! I will happily buy my groceries out of town if necessary!

Unless you found some place to get them free, you just can't find a better place for groceries, better with a ' More' card.

Friendly staff always, high percentage of workers from local highschool and always mature and good-natured for their age

Clean your loading bay! Garbage all over the ground and rotten food composting outside. Have to step in rotten sludge to get to my truck. Nice people but you gotta take care of the place

The best neighborhood grocery store. The staff are very helpful and courteous. I've had poor service only once at that was at the bakery. We've been going here for years and are always pleased with the selection and sales.

Was a great visit as usual only complaint not enough stock on the Calia essential oils peppermint was out again!

The staff are always friendly, they have gotten to know me by name over the last 10 years and always go out of their way to say hello. Atmosphere is good.
I love the size of their bulk section and the deli and bakery are amazing aswell I’ve had moments I’ve ordered last minute cakes and they have accommodated me with less than a 24 hour notice.
