First time shopper at this SOF location.dissapointed as I purchased 3 grapefruits and to my surprise they were old and dry, i don't appreciate paying $2.50/old grapefruit? !? !

i also witnessed an employee relabeling bread loaves but the loaves that needed a new label were thrown on the dirty floor.thinking that when we buy bread we place it on our kitchen counter, its revolting.the employee should know better and if they are going to do it, wait till noone is around that can see the whole scene.

Today me and my sister visited save on ironwood. There we met a cashier named Mathew. He is soo cool and friendly.iam very happy to see such a friendly staff.i shuld mention his name.keep going mathew you have done wonderful job.

Went to customer service asking about gift cards and service girl pointed to other side of the store saying somewhere over there. Then disregarded me, that's some great customer service

Great selection of cooked food here. Fried Wings taste really good although they are a bit pricy. Bakery is great for order over the phone then pick up at store.

The delivery service is the worst, they bring the rotten thing, make mistakes order all the time. The other day i received the oyster mushroom that has mold on it. They mixed up coriander and parsley, the worst one was they brought white rice instead of rice paper. I mean, if you cannot choose the proper products, what is the point of the delivery? WASTE OF TIME and MONEY. I called and manager does not say "sorry" even once.

Check out staff no longer bag your groceries. I can accept paying the higher prices, but only if I receive good customer service in return. Please Save-on-foods, do not ask me to email your customer service, I will ignore you.

Well organized store with plenty of outdoor parking. Friendly staff helped with self-checkout cashier standing nearby.

Lots of products to shop for. It is never really crowded when we go during peak hours. Checkouts are quick and efficient for us too.

Cx service deserves 0 stars. Will NEVER be returning to this location and would advise anyone who does not want to be treated like garbage to avoid also. NEVER had issues at any other locations in my life.

The stock is great and most of the time I have awesome experiences with helpful staff, their produce section is great. Today was an awful experience though. When I tried to checkout in the self checkout, I asked the attendant for help when my first item required assistance (it was milk, and shouldn’t have been a problem anyway, but the attendant didn’t acknowledge me or even notice me asking for help or the red flashing light above me because she was chatting with a coworker. So I just left and we t to the regular checkout, which went well, until I tried to pick up my multiple paper bags and 4L jug of milk, when she saw me struggling and holding up the line and didn’t offer to get me some assistance to my car. Overall I’m disappointed in the service today.

Produce/meat sections and staff are great, but the shelves are often empty for some products like Ensure, some bread, green beans, egg pasta, some oils, self serving dry goods, cookies, broth cubes, etc. I started going there in December, and I know for a fact that some products haven’t been replenished since I bought the last one. It makes it hard to shop in one place when you can’t find what you need.

Also the self serving check out system is one of the worse I’ve used. They should invest in something more stable for customers, so we aren’t dependable on the staff because the machine won’t recognize your bags.

This plaza has wonderful staff in store. But the manager of this location has not been working properly against the homeless people who are continuing to harass us the customers who are being harassed for money. These people change often and make the place look bad safety hazard for family’s businesses alike.

The management company leaves area dirty with these people littering these beggars sit there from sun rise to sun set!

Would of given 2 and a half stars if i was able good variety of food but prices are a little higher than fresco too road and blundell richmond, also fresco at three and Williams pretty reasonable, Safeway at one road and frances better than save-on, save-on does have the odd good deals on some products food and miscellaneous, all and all fresco or Safeway better choice for your dollar.

The employee opened the bathroom door while I was still using it. Didn't even check or knock the door first. If I wasn't in hurry, I would definitely made a complain!

Super annoying to get home and find out your got charged extra for not having a loyalty card. Every other grocery store (Fresh Co, Superstore) have cheaper prices and don't have the bait and switch pricing. Be careful!

Fresh produce.very clean and inviting. GOOD Bakery selection. The people could be a bit more happy.they might need some cheering up food and snacks or something

Best workplace. Learned a lot of good things from here. Amazing people work here. I miss them all. Best Managers and Co-Workers ever.

Came to Canada to visit with family and my sister was insulted by an employee who harassed her through the store. Rude and needs a review on the whole staffing there.

Pretty good customer service and the meat price is very decent.when check out i could reload paypower prepaid card, which save my time to load somewhere else.will keep visiting this location.

Overall enjoy shopping here for the variety and general quality. Only thing is that it's usually more expensive than others. Appreciate the selection, quality, and service though!

Good variety but is understaffed slightly so I recommend you do self checkout instead of waiting for a cashier because lines can get long.

The Soups are acceptable and prices in general alright but not the best I have seen Beware the fact that these are Cryovac soups. Not daily fresh made. The Chicken thai soup is good and similar to the Social brown house. And beats it"s size and prices. In restrospect. One can find some good deals in the hot sections Beware of the prepact sandwiches, salads, mixes variety foods, like cheese mix, potatoes, macaroni ect. To me an abomination. Again being a cook of trade even with laws in place. I would not be surprised that food would be prepacted before turning as to save money even more costly beause of the labour involved making it acceptable.

I like this save-on. It's a bit bigger than some others which I like, and they have better food in the deli, including Chinese food.

The BIGGEST "thank you! " I was just wondering without a list (big mistake) and George (store manager) approached me. Encouraged me to go to the deli department and said "tell Marcus that George sent you". Well, today was the best morning grocery shopping! George, Marcus and then sweet Jasleen at the till! Our grocery bill never ends.it get's boring. Thank you for your happy energy and outstanding customer service today!

Covid measures lacking. Management not the friendliest. Staff are fantastic on the other hand. Short on stuff prior to Christmas. Otherwise, it is a good one to go to.

This is my favourite grocery shopping store. I went to pick up a fruit cheesecake today. I picked it up and questioned the expiry date and continued to shop. Kelly from the bakery came up to me and asked if I was happy with the cake and if I wanted her to make me a fresh one. I was so impressed because I was wearing a mask the entire time and the fact that Kelly had picked up on my dismay was so amazing. She said to come by after my shopping and the fresh cake would be ready. Such great customer service. Thank you Kelly for providing such exceptional customer service.

SaveOn Foods is a first class store. It is immaculately clean, the staff are friendly & helpful, they have an excellent selection of most products, & their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend SaveOn Foods as a great place to shop!

Save-On is overpriced, understaffed and still over priced, understaffed still. 2 cashiers, 12 people in line, and overpriced did I mention understaffed!

Unfriendly staff. They have the most unorganized system for dealing with C-19. If you want to be herded like cattle then you'll be fine. The staff does not practice the 2 metre rule
Their practice of closing one of the two entrance/exit has resulted in ppl having a more difficult time maintaining 2 meters from others.

During this time of crisis, at first this location had gone above & beyond the call of duty to insure safety for all customers. However with positives come NEGATIVES.

1. I, my family, & customers are noticing an increase of abuse or harassment towards a few customers from the stores staff to make the store fully unwelcoming which is not up to the save on foods motto of the past
"GOING THE EXTRA MILE. "

Due to this, my family had to stop shopping there from the questionable ethics of the management staff. We expect this type of treatment at Costco not save on foods. My kids even saw this maltreatment, immoral behavior one more then one occasion.

From now on I am going to boycott save on foods as it lost all its allure.

Save on foods needs to greatly improve

Senior only hours actually means no young looking people but middle aged are okay, as told by the security guard. This place blows.

Would have given a full star for such a good store. But a bespectacled rude Punjabi women at the self-checkout breaks their reputation. I had organic onions in my cart and scanned them properly but this lady stands behind your back and keeps an eye on you as if you are stealing from the store. Even I work in retail store, but never seen any employees doubting the customers and making them uncomfortable.

Other than Costco, Save-On-Foods probably sells the freshest meat out of all the major supermarkets in the lower mainland. For that alone, I can live with the higher prices than the other major supermarkets. The cooked food section is actually quite underrated, the bakery is surprisingly good, and most importantly, I am also impressed by the very friendly staff, which is the same in all the chains I have been too. The whole organization is very well-run, and the quality is top-notch, which is very important.

OMG, it looks like the store is going out of business. Shelves are empty and dirty aisles. Disgusting experience. Staff un-friendly too

Great variety and good prices compare to similar grocery stores. Good operation Time as well and good service

Pickup for groceries is always filled with cars of regular shoppers. The pickup spots are not clearly marked, so I'm always stuck in a predicament having to block the cars to get my grocery pickup. Then I block people who are trying to back out on the opposite side, lots of awkward situations. You need to mark off these spots very clearly so people going in to grocery shop don't use them to park for hours.

Always an attendant at the self checkout to help. Shelves are stocked and marked properly. Clean. And the lunch buffet is quite tasty. Delicious and care is taken in prep. No complaints.

A generally well kept supermarket, and has good staff. Is always tidy, and most of the time organized. A great place for quick in and out shopping trips.

Never buy produce here. They happily put out expired and moldy/rotten fruit first thing in the morning. Inconsistent on perishable restocking and the sushi is awful. If you need fruit or vegetables just go to the farmers market on the other side of hwy 99.

Save On Foods has inexpensive groceries and food items from all over the world. The items they serve are delicious and can satisfy your hunger.

I'm very happy with this location. It has a very good deli counter, as well as a good bakery. Produce and meat/fish departments are also good.

Oh, and they sell wine too!

A couple of time I have cut them cheating on price and their customer service is not Good. I asked a girl at the counter have you gotten any training for customer service and she said no.

Great food, nice staff, and expensive. You pay for the quality so I don't mind. The bulk of my shopping I will get from Walmart due to price. Save on definitely has its market though.

This location has pick up for order to pick up. You can order what you want then you show up at a certain time and park in a pick up parking spot and your food comes to you. Very cool. There is a small fee for this service. This location also has a pharmacy, a backery and a meat deli. There is a bathroom here also.

I will continuously rate Save-On-Foods one star until they get rid of their damn Save-on-more program. Or at least don't require membership in order to get the lower "card only" prices.

Well maintained store.you can get done almost all your groceries at this place. The wine store has various local made. There special section to buy Indian grocery items as well.

Great selection of wine from Canada. Staffs were nice and willing to introduce some great wine to you. There's also wine tasting during weekends.
