I love save on! They have great Deli foods, the store is always clean and, for the most part well stocked. Staff is the best part. I love that they have paper bags. Because even all these reusable bags are still plastic.

Shopped here all my life. Customer service has gone downhill and management them sleeves have taken it upon them selves to now personally involve them in an employees life which has now caused huge discrimination against a friend. Will not return. I'd rather spend the gas and go to williams lake. More often then not its cheaper to shop anywhere then here.

We tried for hours to upload our special offers. To no avail. CLEARLY, new digital is on overload.

I have shopped here for two years now and the store and the staff are friendly and try to be helpful, about what you would find in the lower mainland. The big difference that I find is that advertised products are frequently out of stock on the shelves, and that the rain check is worn out in my pocket before I see the product again. Frequently, many non sale items are also out of stock. It looks like they do not run a night shift stocking crew in this store. It’s a nuisance when you have to drive 35 minutes each way into town and the product isn’t available. Maybe that’s the price you pay living in a small rural town. I know, first world problems ;-)

Prices high, plus there are fewer brand name products. Products being replaced by lower quality western family brands.

I really like this store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shelves are well stocked and have quite a few gluten free products. Mid week seems to be a good time to go but make sure that you stay away at the end of the month when everyone gets the cheques. This store also has an order/pick up option.

Try not to use Save on foods, they are more expensive than other stores, very poor meat selection on top of high prices, I really wish there were other shopping choices ie. Real Canadian Super Store.

The pharmacist and staff in the pharmacy are all amazing. They really know what they are doing and go above and beyond to help you with any pharmacy needs.

Thwy keep their produce fresh and stalked. Cat food on the other hand.but that's not their fault.

It's one of the better ones I've been to in the area. A far cry better than any of Kamloops has to offer.

Does as expected for a low end, cost savings grocery store.prefer FreshCo but can't always get what I want.

Just stopped in to grab a quick lunch from their deli.had 5 people working there in the back counter. I waited 10 minutes for assistance and not one person would even acknowledge that I was there.very disappointing. I will go elsewhere now.

I do a vast majority of my shopping here and they always do go the extra mile. I am very proud to support this business and everything they do for the community! Rave, rave, rave!

Friendly and helpful staff. I'm grateful for their service and dedication during this current health crisis.

I shop flyers for savings.free turkey with $50 purchase. Love the Western Family spiced apple cider and their pumpkin pie.just like my own but saves me time and money. Great selection of pastries, cakes and pies. Non-grocery items are unique to the area. Customer service support went beyond last visit when I was helped updating an address and loading their app on my cellphone to receive my free turkey and other discounts.just under $200 dropped to just under $150. Worth my time and money.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgable an helpful. The selection of products is great for such a small town.

Prices are higher at this store than some their competition but it is a very nice store. The building has been refurbished, the specialty foods offer wide choices and options.

Over priced, the ny cheese cake now tastes like milk it's been changed. Fresh co. Has way way better prices.

Most of the employees seem either bored or stressed. Their prices are not the best, except when items are in sale. I would rather go to Freshco

Who can afford to shop there anymore?
100 Mile Save On is one the highest priced in BC. Shame on you Save On. Can't wait for Freshco.

Good food store however not the cheapest and their own brand of Western family is not of the best quality

Friendly staff, prices competitive, good selection, very busy store. Parking adequate but very poorly designed.

Since the closing of Safeway. Save on has stepped up to the plate and been providing excellent quality service

It seems like they put extra effort into custom decorations and signage inside the store. The bathroom was clean.

As much as I love save on foods, I am not impressed with their customer service. I had Diana M, two days in a row as a cashier. She was rude, could not greet a customer if her life depended on it, did not even bag some items, and slammed my bags down when I asked her for a bag. Am I taking anything for free? NO! Doesn't a paying customer deserve some decent customer service. The first day I gave her the benefit of doubt but, today again I am not impressed at all. God forbid you get Diana as a cashier. YOU KNOW WHAT TAKE SOME TIME TO TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO GREET, SMILE AND HAVE SOME COMMON COURTESY AND DECENCY TO BE NICE TO CUSTOMERS, NO ONE IS SHOPPING FOR FREE THERE.

When in 100 Mile.dont waste your time here. Go to Safeway. Sure Save on looks newer and more enticing, but the attitudes of some of the workers just wrecks ones shopping experiences. Its a very small town and I believe when you go to work, you leave your drama at home. Not here! If your kids have had any normal teen issues with employee kids, they take it out on you at the register. Very embarrassing and very belittling. Got tired of being disrespected and now made the switch to Safeway. Safeway has been amazing to shop at.

Good quality food and a large selection of it. Staff are energetic and very friendly towards their customers.

I shop at SOF for nearly all my groceries, because the staff is phenomenal. I've never come across an unpleasant employee at any SOF in all the years I've been a patron of theirs.

It's one or two grocery stores in town prices are okay and most of the employees Rock there is two employees you never want to go to

A busy store in the summer tourist months.

Friendly staff, bright building compared to the SafeWay and has a pharmacy. It's smaller than the usual SaveOn so it doesnt carry as much organic foods but is overall a great grocery store. The parking lot is always packed though so make sure to go later in the evening when its not as busy.
