Nice store but the Mediterranean wrap wast that great. Too much pepper and really didn't taste like anything Mediterranean

Meh, first time in the store. Needed assistance and waited at the deli for a while, while 2 employees just talked amongst themselves. When they were done discussing whatever they were talking about I got to ask my bakery question. I needed to ask there because the bakery was unresponsive and then when I asked my question she was like that's a bakery question, I said yeah but there isn't anyone over there. I had to spend 20 mins in there store and circle back twice to ask my question and still didn't get what I came for. The tellers were nice though. The isles are quite small and close quarters with other shoppers all throughout the store I felt I was in the way or blocking the way for some other shoppers which they seemed to think as well as some people lay flat against a shelf to let me pass by. Almost assuming the position.

Do your self a favor and go to superstore.super long lines.terrible service and old outdated stock. If you like criminally misleading price tags, this is the place for you. Avoid this dump.

It has the worst quality produce you will EVER see! Rotting lemons! It is common to find fruit well past the ability to be eaten on the shelves and they give you the excuse that it was shipped that way! Really? ! So you still try and sell it? ! Pathetic! Do Not WASTE your money here! All the positive comments you see are staff.

Store is open for long hours 7 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. They have pharmacy too. Store is very organized and hygienic. Fresh fruits and vegetables collection is great. Deli section is good too. You can easily find stuff here. Products price are reasonable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There are parking lots in front of the store including accessible parking. Recommend others to try this store.

Your deli stuff for super lazy telling a bunch of us that they're not going to service after 8: 00 cuz ridiculous so we're all going to roll down to the other store I guess because there will serve us tell a closer to their actual clothes at 10: 00 at night They don't close their deli counter to way closer to that so you know have fun losing business because your employees are lazy

Not impressed with your deli boy telling me he's not going to serve out any customers after 8: 00 It seems like he tried to close it down and get out there earlier your deli area is supposed to be open longer than that so I'm going to go to the other savon your store consistently fails me your staff are super lazy

Its good, pretty standard. $8.00 for a regular drink. The customer service is usually good and effective

I bought A vegan Milk Called Next Milk! Usually it is Amazing, smooth and creamy! Without having to Partake Excreations of Cow Juice! But Save-In-Foods Freezes it, whick separates it into a Fatty Curdled mess! Same with many of the Save-On's around BC! Also more often than not You get Frozen Grapes and Bananas

Extremely nice staff compared to other locations. Jakob was very helpful and fast with loading our large grocery cart.

Save On Foods in Nanaimo is a stellar grocery store! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the wide variety of fresh produce and well-organized aisles. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. The store's cleanliness and hygiene standards were impeccable. Moreover, the prices were reasonable, and I found everything I needed conveniently. Our family wanted to send a big thanks to Jenn from the bakery at the Brooks landing Save on Foods. I went in there about a week ago asking if they had any more mini croissants for I wanted to make sandwiches for my daughter's b-day party in a few day's. She made an order for Croissants and custom cake which everyone loved and devoured. My family prefers to shop at this grocery store over any others in nanaimo, everything is easy to find and the cashiers are usually pretty fast and efficient.also nice that save on will do price matches and/or rain cheques

I'm not a big grocery store person, but when I go to one I make sure it's not Safeway, Thrifty Foods or IGA. Save-On does well.

An older store which I was not familiar with. Found it difficult to navigate, no store guiding signs, or none which were obvious.
All the same Save-on-Foods products at good prices
