Racist location! We've been ordering from different save on foods location either southpoint or cloverdale for 2 years now. And had atleast 89 record orders and never had an issue. The only time we decided to order online for pick up to this location we got discriminate by the staff and even the store manager. My husband placed an order online and without knowing that the CC he used was the one he had no longer used and has insufficient funds on it but when order was done it was card payment declined so i had to use mine and it went through. Then when my husband got there to pick up our groceries the person for ecommerce asked IDs even copy of the credit card that has been used which my husband dont have since it was mine and im at work that time and cant answer calls or txt. This happened before on southpoint but they never asked us to verify our identity or even asked for photo of our CC which is weird. Then there's couple white people parking there and no issue at all. Like really? The lady said because of the fraud that happened recently to them thats why they been informed to do such thing. Soo my husband didn't see them asking those 2 white person parking beside his car for an IDs and anything. They even asked my husband to come inside the store to speak to the supervisor. My husband just came from work and was tired and just wanna pick up our groceries because our kids needs the milk and diapers. So my husband had no choice but to go home without our groceries. WONT BE COMING BACK TO THIS RACIST STORE! THEY THINK JUST BCZ THE PERSON IS ASIAN AND NOT WHITE THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYTHING THEY WANT BECAUSE FOR THEM WE ARE SUSPICIOUS!

This location can be hit or miss, waits are often long for the pharmacy, customer service, and check out. Many items can often be out of stock that you will find in-stock at the save-on 10 minutes away.

Nice staff, but it kills me that the card scanners NEVER work at the self checkout for digital cards. Seriously, get this fixed Big D!

It's a grocery store what can I say about a grocery store except that it is big and they have a lot of goodies.

Fresh vegetables and fresh fruits friendly atmosphere customer service is always really nice and easy to get ur questions answered everytime

There is one worker there that works stalking the shelves and she's always so rude to people she's always coughing on people with all the covid happening if you cough that much then wear a mask this woman coughs like somebody that has smoked two packs of cigarettes a day for 40 years 50 years not sure of her name but be prepared to possibly be harassed by her

Wildly overpriced. Management is vastly out of touch. Produce is sub par quality. Using your rewards card is a pain.

Not the best prices despite the name, however sale prices are excellent! Definitely join their rewards program, it makes it far more worthwhile to shop here for speciality items. Great spot for steaks and a lot of specialty upper mid-range food! Bulk Food Wall also has very reasonable prices.

Thank you to the extremely kind manager Suki and the kind staff who allowed me to come in and get a few groceries with my Dog Rosie! I wouldn’t have been able to get groceries if she couldn’t have come in with me.so thank you so much!

Bakery service was not good. Wanted to purchase a cake for a celebration, but ended up very disappointed. They could not give proper ingredient lists for their cakes, and responded with horrible attitudes.

Terrible experience! Cashier Heather M.was extremely rude. When she couldn't find the UPC for a vegetable I was buying, she asked "what is this? " I said I didn't know because there was no sign in produce for it, and she said, "Why are you buying it then! " With an audible exasperated sigh, she sent someone to get the barcode for it. Then she couldn't scan the next item (sticker was illegible) and again with the big annoyed sigh, sent someone to find another one so she could scan it. Don't know if she was having a rough day, but as a customer service employee she should not show anger towards customers when items aren't clearly marked in the store that she works in.

Don't buy lunch at lunch time. Seems like, there aren't enough cashier and the women in the kitchen area. (mid 30 I would guess, dark hair) turn the back to you, always on the phone and both cash register are closed. All others have (express, self-checkout and the others) have a long line, very disappointed. Looks like, they didn't want to make money. I complained to a young woman (meat area) that I had to abandon my soup, because I had to go back for work.

I love all the options the have! And their food "ready to eat" it's a great and tasty option.

I like save on foods products, they have very good quality goods but one of the cashier (lady aged 50-60s) was very rude today. A divider was placed between my stuffs and the lady before me and this cashier started throwing back my stuffs and newspapers that I didn’t even bought! This isn’t the first time she put an attitude towards me. She’s very nice and pleasant to white people but very rude to Asians!

The brisket sandwich there is a complete rip off. Had just over $4.50 worth of brisket on it yet I paid 10 bucks. Looks like I paid over 5 dollars for an old SOLID bun. Quite the workout for my jaw. I guess save on foods is too greedy to double the price of the brisket poutine. Instead I paid twice as much for half as much.

Great grocery store.
Fresh produce, bakery, meat sections and the store re stocks when supplies run out.

Nice variety. Can be pricey. I like how they remurchandized and organized the store awhile ago.

They sell a good variety of everything you need for grocery including specialty food items catered to different dietary needs. There’s also a pharmacy inside, wine store, Starbucks, and they sell fresh flowers for any gifting needs. So convenient and pleasant place to do your shopping

Gwen in the pharmacy is quite possibly one of the best pharmacists I have ever interacted with. She is amazing and caring and cares about customer health. She is a great asset to the team. Thanks Gwen for all your work

Customer care is great but Pharmacy definitely needs improvement. So many signs up they can't even see customers waiting patiently.
