Absolutely horrible for online orders. They don't care if the majority of your order was for pet food and it's not available. They just leave your money on hold for a week while your pet starves.

Clean friendly grocer. Not the best pricing.not the worst either. Changed my rating from five to two cuz the meat dept.offers such poor service. One example: 11/06/23 I asked the two people working behind the counter if they could cut the package of meat I wanted to buy into two strips. The one person just looked me in the eye and said flatly "no". Me: "Really, no? " Them: "no". I bought it cuz I wanted it slightly more than I wanted to drop it on the floor and walk. But I will not be back. They were too busy chatting, doing nothing.

Lately you've been running those $1.49 Tuesday.why can't you help people on pension always seems to fall before these are issued and some of our most vulnerable could definitely benefit from the great prices

Very disappointed in this store. It is overpriced on so many things but it is closest to where I live. Ran in for specific things. They had one of the four. I had picked up a couple extra things, but wasn't worth buying and then have to go to another store for what I actually needed. Put everything back and went to No Frills. Had everything I needed.

Good store, prices on meat are good when they discount it, and the meat is amazing quality. Great people.

The parking lot is horrible, though.

Long time Grocery store offering a good selection, live customer service and cashiers who are friendly and knowledgeable about the availability and location of merchandise. The most competitive priced, Non Warehouse, bag and check out your own goods, type grocery store in town.

I usually just go to the deli here for sandwiches cause they make the best sandwiches in town. For a grocery store Sandwich. However Her name is misleading as it is the most expensive place to shop in Fort Saint John

Way too expensive most expensive grocery store by far.parking terrible I will never step foot in this place again I will stick with Safeway
