This is a great store that is community oriented and supportive. They donated the ice cream cups for the Seniors' Week celebrations at the Parkgate community. It was quick and easy to work with them. The store has many items that are useful for big events, such as individual creamers, ice cream cups and baked goods. The international food and bulk sections are impressive. I usually find there the items that I can't find anywhere else.

Bought the charcuterie for. 2. Cold cuts were good however within the cheese cubes were just rinds of cheese. Pretty sad to put that in. Was at least 1/4 of the cheese. Won’t buy this joke again

While I find the layout of products in this store counter intuitive when I shop here in person (-1 * for that), yesterday I placed an online order due to the fact that we have a house full of sickos and no groceries, and I have to say I was very impressed with how efficient it was. The shopper followed my instructions perfectly, the delivery was on time this morning, and the driver was polite and didn’t complain about having to walk up our many stairs. Most grateful! Thank you to all involved.

Price gouging! Too many isles of junk and a terrible pharmacy. Desperately needs a refresh.

I like this branch of Save-On-Foods. Very friendly, kind, professional and experienced staff. My special thanks to the lady from florist department. She helped me a lot and I purchased several plants. Thank you to all of you. I wish you all the best.

No interest in serving people lined up at desk, then chose to serve drop off in preference to earlier line up at pick up desk.

Good grocery store. A wide variety of selections to choose from. Prices for produce is a bit high but nothing much we could do about it.

I have just received an email about the recall of Formula that I am using for my infant. I was shocked from the morning, as she have already used half of the box. I Talked to my doctor and 811 and they advised me to return it to the store. I didn’t have the receipt as I wasn’t expect that happen. The guy at customer service was so rude, first he accused me of lying and when showed him the the recall, he started arguing with me. I was already upset but he made me feel worse. He startec talking loudly infront of other customers. I will never go back to shop from save on food.

I like the new store in Lynn vally is so clean and organized but in general they don't have a good deals so is expensive store to me.

I love Save On Foods; it's the only store that I go to for my grocery and family needs. The staff is friendly. They are very good with rain cheques and matching prices as well. I love the points program; it's helped me out in hard times.

Andrew in the hot foods section is very kind and always exceeding my expectations in his service!

Re: COVID direction arrows on the floor.it is frustrating when many people ignore them and staff don't police this dangerous activity. Please remove the arrows and we won't be upset at the behaviour of others.

NO HEALTH SAFTEY IN THIS STORE (COVID ALERT)

Most staff walking without mask in this store. One of the managers, Kathie does not wear a mask or even a face shield. I politely asked her to wear a mask or any face covering; she told me I have a medical exemption, no one asked this question before! Who are you? !? ! (She asked in a polite though)
I was really shocked and said I understand your situation could you please wear your face shield (which was in front of her) instead of mask?
She ignored me and called the store manager.
I explained to the manager my concern and he only said OK 3 times! Nothing more! He ignored me too and nothing changed!
I think this is a law that every body has to wear a face cover!
We will never go back to this store, they do not even care about the customer and the service they should get, who knows what is going on in the back with the food!

The Assistant Store Manager, Rob is very rude and unhelpful. He should not be working in customer service. I asked him a question about a product and he was very unpleasant to deal with for someone in his position. It is like he is on a power trip or something! You need to get a friendlier Assistant Store Manager.

The lady working the inside mall entrance on New Year's Eve was unnecessarily rude when she told us they were closed and it was before 6: 00. We would have been in and out before 6: 00 and she slammed the door with no consideration. This is a community store and kindness, courtesy or respect to your people would go a long way.

The customer service is terrible. Tried to return an item that wasn't working properly and had the customer service attendant argue about the item's functionality. After finally getting the return I picked up an item that was on sale. When checking out it came up as the wrong price. The cashier had attitude through the entire interaction, made me go get the sale tag rather than an actual employee, and when she saw that it was a dollar off said, "it's only a dollar off, do you really need me to change it? " I also saw many employees wearing masks under their noses or not at all.totally unacceptable.

Do not care for this store. Crazy layout. Check expiration dates. Slow lineups. Go to safeway. Easy in and out.

Poor experience, low stock, and less selection than other locations. Large number of "on special" items out of stock and the two staff members restocking were laughing with each other loudly, practically wrestling, hands on with no physical distance, and no actual restocking of products. Store has a lot of learning to do. In the meantime I'll be going elsewhere.

Amazing service, beautiful store, and online pickup is excellent. Substitutions seem not to be filled often however and there is frequently no place to park in online pickup spaces, as other customers seem to take advantage of these designated spots for in-store shopping.

I just move here recently. Ive had wonderful experience shopping here. My favorite spot is the sushi section. Always fresh and delicious. The service is great especially the gentleman that works there in the morning at the sushi section is always nice and very helpful. I'm definitely coming back as a regular here.

This Save - On just opened in October 2020, beautifully designed, big space, lots of items, fresh produce, added lots of cooked fresh food package, good for busy people. Lots of free parking underground or outside, very convenient. Love the store.

Luke is so good he is a great cashier he always goes out of his way to be kind and very fast. He always remembers me and is always smiling!

I was at this location yesterday and i went through this cashier named Tori and she was so polite and nice and it really seemed like she wanted every customer to feel special she went out of her way to pack all my bags and bring them to my cart all with a smile on her face she is by far the best cashier i have ever had the pleasure of being served by.

This a great grocery store. There is always lots of great deals if you look for them. There is always fresh produce and baked goods. There staff is always helpful and friendly. Lots of parking. They also have express and self checkouts.

Bakery is gross. Understaffed. Boring variety of foods. Overpriced. SOF has ruined Lynn Valley with the volume of shoppers and traffic

Excellent Service for a grocery store. Fatima was genuinely great. First class service, best I've seen in the world of grocery stores. Keep up the good work!

It is satisfactory. The aisles are narrow and Products are difficult to locate at times. The staff are friendly, however it doesn’t make up for long wait times and higher-than-averagely priced items. If you are seeking a few items for dinner then sure, I would avoid if looking to buy in bulk.

A smaller store. It's adequate but there is less selection than other stores and there's no self-checkout. They are developing a new store on the other side of the mall, and hopefully that will be open soon.

Two stars for overpriced items and lacklustre customer service during busy hours. More than once I've had a cashier open a checkout and call for "the next customer in line, " which initiates a mad scramble from all directions, but no attempt to *actually serve* those customers next in line. The cash registers are jammed in the middle of the entrance to the plaza and surrounded by product displays, which means that you have customers clashing to push through long checkout lines to enter or exit the store. The Safeway across the plaza is far more chill and has overall better prices, customer service and store layout.

Not a huge selection but definitely adequate. Staff are helpful and friendly and store is always in tip top shape!

Tucked away up in Lynn Valley, this is an entirely adequate grocery store with overpriced hummus. It's good, probably better quality than its competitor, but overpriced. Also, they rarely offer anything that's sugar free. One cookie brand and no sugar-free chocolate that I could find. Nothing sugar-free in bulk. It's been over 20 years since it's been available. Nada.
Aside from that it's a clean, bright store stocked with many necessaries, and the checkout lineups aren't too bad.
But I'm tired of paying for plastic bags. While I see the necessity for much less plastic, store profits on these are huge, millions if CTV is to be believed, and the money is not all going to save the planet. Charge less for them and give most of the money you do charge to good causes!

I come here all the way from downtown Vancouver when I visit my friend. I ask her to drive me over to Save on Foods because the have the flavor cards for cigarettes that are so affordable. The company is called ITSA. The staff are so quick and friendly. They literally spent 15 minutes looking for my flavor for me during rush time. Told me to go do some shopping and promised me they would be ready when I leave. I'm usually a skeptic but the staff pulled through no problems at all. I buy anywhere from 10-15 of these flavor cards at a time because of the prices. So thanks you.
