Was over charged on an sale item.
The cashier was rude, the manager was worss.
They dragged there feet to do the return, they also never gave me the complete return.
Rude customer service on a mistake they made.
I try to avoid this store as there severely over priced.
Never will I step in this location again.
They wonder why there parking lot is always empty.

Cashiers are mostly great. Horrible produce and prices. Most of the time the produce shelves are empty or just poor quality at premium prices. How is it that little old Langleys farmers market can be noticeably cheaper given Jim Pattison's (Save-on) purchasing power. I live in Pitt Meadows but I have already made Save-on Pitt Meadows a last resort stop.

I have been coming to this location for quite some time.
Easy to navigate - it’s always clean & organized.

My "go to" store. Staff are friendly. Sadly, as I have mobility issues, they don't deliver to Pitt Meadows. I will have to change stores.

Went there for lunch, as I often do but had a terrible experience today dealing with a cashier named Kelly. He was very rude and should not be a person that deals with customers on a day to day basis. I have come to learn that some of our staff have also had issues with this same individual. I will not being going back there, and I have also asked our staff not to go back to this location but rather to drive the extra 5 minutes to Superstore. Kelly does not exemplify any corporate values that are associated with customer service. I should also say that the other cashiers are great and excellent to deal with. It is unfortunate that this individual has marred our opinion of this store and Save On Foods in general.

This has to be one of the most poorly run grocery stores I've been to. Overpriced, and trash quality fruits. They can't manage to keep basic items in stock. The tills are so understaffed there's often a line up going halfway thu the store.

Having this as the only supermarket in this end of town is worse than dealing with the train.

One lady at the deli was stand-offish and acted like she didn't care to help. She used a condescending tone of voice and facial expression. I didn't care until i later realized she double charged me on some lemon potatoes. Intentional or not. That attitude is uncalled for. To the lady who served me. You shouldn't be working in customer service if you're not going to have basic respect for customers. Really disappointing. The only reason this wasn't a one star review is because of the ladies that was professional and respectful.

I’m gonna have to give this place a 2 star review.
A few years ago, the cashiers were awesome and so friendly but just recently the customer service is really bad.
If the current cashiers or managers don’t like their job, they should quit. Sad to see such miserable service:/

Very friendly staff who are always helpful. Great selection of British goods and products!

EDIT: I don’t shop here anymore. $$$$ Bye Bye! After about 1000 trips to this store, I’ve gotta say, the bad experiences certainly overshadow the good. I’d explain why, but they’re not interested in fixing it anyway so.

Prices have gone up, product sizes have declined.

Service is almost impossible to find on the floor when needing assistance. The layout at the front cash could use some work and it would be beneficial to add in some self scan terminals for those only needing 1 or 2 items.

This store does get very busy at times which makes waiting in line for 1 item a bit tedious and frustrating and the front of the store can get very, very cramped.

The staff are generally pretty friendly but there are always people who clearly do not care for their job and/or have no customer service or people skills.

Price gouging and shrink-flation are rampant at this store.
The prices of their products are ridiculously overpriced for what you get

Love the store and the service. Most of the Employees are great. The Pharmacy has one of the Best Pharmacists i have ever encountered. Experience is always good. Only issue is the Pricing in our current food climate. Just to HIGH!

Dig deep into their many ways to build points. Many friends have traveled on Save On. We are now doing the same.
They hide bonus points.

It was a store with few products.
I didn't have the cookies I wanted, and I didn't have the supplements I usually buy.
Overall, the price is also high.
I'll never go again
