Excellent service. Staff is extremely courteous. Lots of selection. All Save Ons are general great, this one is particularly terrific.

Yeah they have plenty of stock, but it's the last place you're "saving" anything

Had an issue where there was an incorrect price called for help via the self check out button and waited patiently. There was only one person at customer service who was busy dealing with a customer which I understand. It looked like this customer was going to be taking some time going through a stack of their lottery tickets. I politely asked if there was anyone else available. Della, the customer service clerk was very over that she was ignoring me so I repeated the inquiry again. Only after having to raise my voice her response was she was I'm busy in a Kurt and rude tone.

A simple response to my initial question would have been more than acceptable rather than just ignoring me and then having to respond rudely. A little bit of courtesy would go a long way.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service from Angela from the bakery, and Richard store manager of this Terra Nova location!

Background: I work as a coordinator for a large regulatory agency nearby.event planning is what I do on a regular, if not daily basis. This time, I was planning for a retirement party - needed cake, gift card, decorations and flowers. Seems easy… until I realized that I needed these things before noon, as the party starts at noon. Other bakeries / florists either did not respond, or do not deliver before noon. When I reached out to TN Save on’s bakery, Angela picked up the call, and was super chipper and helpful - such a breath of fresh air from all the other disappointing interactions I had with other bakeries earlier that day! She went above and beyond by making sure that all my questions were answered, and even encouraged me to purchase the flowers and other goods I needed at the location - one-stop shop!

Of course, cake turned out perfect, everything else also went according to plan - everyone at the party was happy!

Just now, Richard, the store manager, even reached out to introduce himself and showed appreciation for our interaction. This is, without a doubt, 10/10 customer service, 10/10 would recommend!:)

As the name suggests, this is a store that it is not uncommon to save on a wide variety of foods including but not limited to: grapes, Kit-Kat, frozen spring rolls, large pot, and forks

Save on isnt my fave grocery chain, but it has some good stuff sometimes. Id say this one is about the same as any other except it has the best deli/take out food section

Nice folks behind the counter, super friendly, and has very strong neighborhood ties (they know their customers.)

I shop here once a week. Great selection of fruits and vegetables. Bolthouse juices. Cashiers very friendly. Come visit on way to Richmond Dyke trails!

Convenient location for a neighbourhood grocery store close to where we live. The problem is with the check out cashiers. Very slow and usually the customer service is not very good

Great staff, everything you need in your local grocery store. In the heart of Steveston Village, this quaint store has plenty of parking as most customers are within walking/biking distance. Check it out next time you are in the Village!

Recently renovated, I was back for the first time since. I thought it looked clean and modern, without changing the layout way too much which I liked a lot. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, especially compared to Safeway. Save-On-Foods in either Steveston or Terra Nova are my go-to grocery stores.

Save On Foods became one of the most expensive groceries places and what a shame because it's a Vancouver chain, very desapointed with them

Very friendly see as I was greeted at the door and made sure all my needs were met. Very satisfied with the good customer service.

Wow, what a lousy place. Customers linked up across the store and. Only two cashiers that I think were sleeping—no manager in site to care. I give very few bad ratings, but I save them for the special ones like this. Hope I don't have to return!

I encountered a tall male cashier with brown hair here that was very rude. Not coming back to this Save-On. Sad since I only live a block away.

Richard the store manger and all the staff are very good. Produce it fresh. Good prices. Good service.

Decent store although I noticed a lack of products hair is compared to other stores specially the variety of Halal foods that they carry.
They don't seem to have self checkout here which is annoying since you always have to wait in line. The checkout area is also pretty narrow.

I would give this store 0/5 stars if I could. I have had four online shopping experiences where not all my groceries have made it to my car and I have had to either go back to pick them up or call and complain and ask for a refund. It’s incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time especially when the customer service is awful and my parents have never had any issues with their orders.

Overpriced on 99% of items and can be purchased atleast 25/30% cheaper at fresco Safeway superstore Walmart ect

The store itself is fine.

What really seals the deal though is the all star roster this store hosts. First off manning the customer service desk we have east asian lady who likes to talk to me every time I come by. In the dairy section we have manager Jeffery who once accused my of shop lifting! Finally manning register 1 at 10: 00pm or later we have old lady Martha who should not be working this job as she struggles to count change and apply coupons!

Terrible location, terrible layout, to small too, the one saving grace is the employees but one who needs to be fired fully I call her "NURSE RATCHET" of employees at the cahier directing customers so cashiers.many cashiers fear her wrath, and she is very verbally aggressive.

Nice store. Well maintained. Lots to choose from and prices are great. They did a great job controlling the crowd during the COVID and social distancing.

I always recieve the coupon from this location. But their staff seems don't know how to make the most of it and satisfy to customers. I understand two coupon have to make two transactions, another coupon have to use in the next purchase. I would like to pay twice, that's the fun part to use all the coupon on my hand in the same time, what is the difference if l line up again? If they do it for me, I will glad to come back, even I don't have coupon.but they refused, There is no need to go back. Anyhow I can feel they don't care. Why are this company keep sending the advertising but their staff doesn't like the customer to use it, as if i have taken benifits from the staff not the company.

Came in at 8: 30 on a Thursday morning to return some items. The store was quiet and the staff were busy stocking shelves. I hung out by the Customer Service desk for a minute before the lady on the till beside noticed and came over to help me. There was no problems with my return, and it was done quickly and professionally. Like most Save Ons, this one was clean and laid out nicely.

Nice store, easy find the items I needed and the prices were fair, but the overall selection was not as wide as I hoped.

Great store. Have their own bakery. Sells everything, reasonable price despite in a premium location.

Well stocked supermarket with a good variety and selection. Relatively clean and majority of staff is friendly. Pharmacy staff is slow and not alway tentative.

Good amount of parking, and prices are good. Don't listen to the other BS reviews because if you even read one of the responses from Save on themselves you'd see they match and guarantee low prices

There was a time Save On competed with SuperStore on price but prices are now no better than Safeway and more expensive when safeway has a sale which is often. Canadian wines that are offered are expensive.

Using their online pick up service - wish this happened years ago. Also love their TESCO section.

Great place to pick up one or two items at if you are close by and don't want to drive away too far.

I shop here often at this location is a small one of their smaller stores but they still have a good selection of goods

Placed an online order between 4 and 6 arrived at 420. Parked in the online parking spot and called the number on the sign after 10 mins on hold someone finally answered. I told them I have an online order for pick up between 4 and 6 gave my name she confirmed and said someone will be right out. I waited over 35 mins and nobody came out. I called the number back waiting on hold for another 7 mins finally someone answered and and said he will send someone right out 10 mins later he finally came out with my order. Though this would be a great idea for a busy dad with two kids for a quick and easy way to get the shopping done but the amount of time spent going through the app shopping, plus adding the almost hour sitting waiting. Its totally not worth the wasted time.

If i could give this save on a 0 rating i would worst customer service I've ever seen prices are way to high and the managers are complete idiots i don't understand how this place has not shut down for health code violations there is a bird flying around and eating the produce and they just sit and do nothing the workers look dead and every time I've asked to speak to a manager they are never available probably one of the most unsanitary stores I've ever been to DO NOT GO TO THIS SAVE ON FOODS
go to places like IGA or Safeway better prices and the workers don't look like they have been worked to death
