Strange layout hard to find things compared to other saveons but it's still a good store, clean and well stocked

Always a good selection and the store is as well stocked as possible. Young checkout girl was great!

Great grocery store, as a senior I really like the 4 for 20 meat deal. That is protein for a week.good value

Normally not that bad but today was terrible. They advertise a price and charge double at checkout and instead of double checking the manager decided to argue that I got my savings when I clearly didn’t.

Well stocked. Clean. Fairly quick check outs. Prices are pretty much the same as anywhere else on most things.

Save-On-Foods in Creston is Clean, Nicely Layed out! Good Parking Area, and No Speed Mountains to hammer your Vehicle over!
They Have some different Stuff than the other competitor! And there is a few things that Both Stores/Competitors could improve on! But, for the Most Part, Save-On-Foods is a Excellent Choice for your complete Groceries Shopping Session! Get their MORE Card and Get some Superb Deals on your Favorites!

This particular Save-On-Foods carries a lot of local flair. You can practically get to know most of Creston by just having idle conversation with the staff here (who are very friendly).

Prices are surprisingly decent and I've come to understand that this Save-On-Foods is very likely to carry that oddball ingredient I need. The deli is great too, and I nearly always get a few of their specialty breads, because the bakery makes an awesome loaf. That's not an exaggeration.

The only complaint I could make about this store is the upright freezer section is constantly full of frost. I'm not sure if there's a chiller problem, but it certainly makes it look as though the ice cream has been there for a whole year. Someone should fix that.

Otherwise, this is a pretty nice store, overall.

We go from Pealows to Save-On depending on the prices, but I find both have very crowded isles, and with so many people in the stores, it makes navigating hard and tiring. Save-On has fairly good prices, as long as you use their card.no self-checkout yet (Pealows beat you to it!), and absolutely no enforcing of wearing masks or social distancing. My wife and I were getting a few things today and we had two loud-mouthed women behind us chattering up a storm. No masks, no social distancing. The cashier wore a face-shield. We were surrounded by a potentially deadly situation and it doesn't have to be. Anyway, what can be expected by a society that is running amuck? Overall, good store and we get what we need, but in this day and age, I don't like feeling squashed and cornered by people who don't care.

I'm just curious why you guys don't make the Bombay Citrus chicken it's so amazing and I would come there to buy it all the time but you guys don't seem to make it not cool

Passing through and stopped for a few items, everything same as the big cities. Great selection.

Awesome customer service at Save On in Creston, BC. The staff are always smiling and willing to help you fund everything you need.

Stock seems a little bit thin for this type of store. They had most mostly what I wanted but not everything.

Always is out of things. The pop selection is awful. Some staff are culess and others are very helpful.

Had a few empty shelves for veggies, so am thinking people are getting ready for another lock down. I went at 8: 00 and not busy at all. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Really excellent store, management, and staff who are not perfect all the time However, I am very thankful for their positive attitudes and the effort they have put into supporting the community.

The prices are a bit tricky. Coming from Ontario, the deposit on plastic bottles and recycling fees were a surprise.
One product was $8.99 on sale, but $9.99 at the cashier. However, even though the sale price expired, I got the lower price.

I cannot believe after all these years of shopping there how terribly rude I was treated today. I left all my almost purchases on the counter and left. The teller just smirked and called for put away on express and shrugged his shoulders. Thanksgiving dinner and any other shopping day will be from a different more Polite store from here on. Sorry for the vent. I really enjoyed shopping there till today

They keep sale items in stock, friendly staff that bag your groceries, staff acts professional and clean.

Great grocery store in Creston and a huge relief it was there! In such a small centre we were unsure what our options would be for groceries. Save On Foods was a nice surprise

WOW Amazing these guys and gals are doing the best job ever! They have the best sandwiches ever, Salads to die for and everyone is soo nice!

This is the ONLY place to shop for food in Creston. The staff are more friendly and helpful, check out wait times are less and BETTER prices and deals than Pealows Independent (formerly called Extra foods). Save-On have a REAL Meat Dept. The bakery and deli are excellent with great staff. The Produce Dept.is also the BEST in town. The whole atmosphere is completely better here. I only go to Pealows when I'm desperate.

Always a nice experience visiting this store. The prices are a little bit higher but the sale items are a good deal. They do carry a wider variety of of groceries and have a nice fruit and vegetable area.

Was very impressed with the service I got from the staff, very friendly and helpful. The fruit and flowers I purchased from there was fresh with good prices.
