Yes, I use the self-checkout but it's nice to actually use a cashier every now and then. Thank you Chris, always a pleasure chatting!

Newly moved to the community and I had my first visit today. Seems like a nice cozy local grocery store with good selection of products.

Two less stars though for the cashier who “educated” myself and my partner that we shouldn’t take the medium size basket with wheels outside of the store.

We are both obviously East Asian, and the tone of the cashier was just so rude.

The male cashier already casually mentioned that we shouldn’t take the basket outside of the store and we agreed to it. Then another cashier approached us and asked the male cashier whether we were told about the basket rule. Seemingly she downright assumed that we don’t speak English.

I did not hide how I felt on my face then she immediately changed her tone and explained that the baskets’ wheels would get damaged if they are dragged outside of the store and how it takes 3 months to order them in.

Put a sign up or a sticker on the baskets!

I doubt if she does the same thing to the non-minority looking customers. If she does, she needs to find a better way to deliver the message.

Surely that did hurt my feeling.

The chicken smell is soooo strong at this location, it makes me sick to my stomach every time I come in! Please change it!

Nice convenient smaller Save-On-Foods that fits the size of community. Great quality produce. Love the option for online order pickup or delivery. I have used both online options over 7 years from multiple locations in Kelowna and Victoria, and these staff are consistently friendly and helpful; both for delivery and pickup. Really happy there is some self checkout option now since not all the staff are friendly at the tills and I can bag my own produce gently. Always has been enough parking plus easy level ground store entry for mobility challenges. Love their store made chicken pot pies at the deli counter when they have some left. Huge chunks of chicken and sometimes a butter chicken option.so good.

Says on the door and on maps that they open at 7. It's 7: 10 and the store is closed on a normal work day.

Good location. My original review was that WF "seasoned" chicken was not seasoned at all (unless being salted is equivalent to "seasoning"). But that aside, the store is great, never had any problems there. 5/5 for this store location.

With current inflation, you think a reputable business would do more to help create competition by lowering prices a little bit, especially being next door to another grocery store. I've never seen a block or cheese at $25 anywhere in my life. Absurd. And everything else was overpriced. The only way to get "deal" on anything is to buy 2 and get them cheaper. You need to lower your prices. People are having the hardest time of their lives right now because of inflation. Can't say I'm surprised when it's ran by the Pattison food group. Come on Jimmy.

Billion dollar company asking people to donate to the hospital during a recession.give your head a shake. How about with all those quarterly profits donating some to the hospital.they take credit for peoples donations. Also they cut hazard pay during the pandemic. Do not support this grimey corporation.

Expensive everything as compared to nearby stores until unless you load my offers or use reward card atleast.

Management, which is a large food safe concern.a bicycle on a dry day, or a stroller/uncontrolled children.

Love this store. Always have fresh produce and shelves are well stocked. Staff is friendly. Really all you can ask for in a great grocery store!

Very appreciative that they don't enforce the useless mask mandate, like anything Jim Pattison owns. Nesters, choices, urban fare, etc.

I like this grocery store much more than IGA. The produce appears to be much higher quality and they have more of the variety. They are a little slow at check out.

Myself, and all three apartment buildings behind you would appreciate having your garbage picked up at a later time during the day. A 6: 45am wake up from the loudest banging bin dump is not an enjoyable wake up each week.

Horribly managed little store. Buggy corrals in parking lot overflowing to the point of blocking car travel. Water machine always running out of replacement lids. Management needs a serious waking up.

Staff at this location are extremely helpful and cheerful - a hard combination to manage during a pandemic.

Their vegetables are very fresh and the prices are fair, but you cannot find everything here and the prices in other items are higher than other stores.

There is a very excellent gentleman who has assisted me on numerous occasions with a large variety of straw cleaner related problems with great efficacy.i unfortunately did not get his name, but whoever he is, I believe he should be paid tenfold his current wage for his evident prowess. 10/10, my favourite store on the block

Not the best covid measures. It a smaller store and the casheirs are not well separated from the customers

Please update your store hours online. I checked web first, it stated you were open at 8am, drove up there to pickup a prescription and sign on door says you open at 10am on weekends. Thanks

I absolutely love the Glenmore Store. The staff and management team are willing to help you with all your shopping needs. I am especially happy to see Kathy as the Glenmore manager. She was amazing dealing with my coupon group years ago when she was managingthe Orchard Park store. Keep up the great work Glenmore. Your custkmers value your time and effort.

I like Save On Foods. Always have lots of selections and excellent deals. Don't forget your card at home.

Really nice store. Their pharmacy is offsite across the parking lot. I would go to this grocery store over top of the IGA beside it

We went to your store because we heard you where careful. My husband and I are at high risk. We where wearing masks but your store had the bread man taking up a lot of the aisles. We followed the arrows but half the people didn’t, nobody enforced it and there was a lot of workers there. At the till you are to stand back and wait until the other person left the till. Nobody did that at all, both tills people where just going up and unloading there food. Nobody enforced that either. You also had the tills set up wrong you shouldn’t have people and buggies beside each other there should be a till in between. The persons head beside me wasn’t Evan a foot apart from mine as we where both loading food. Your store is very unsafe and I won’t be going back

I found it frustrating that one had to go to a different building to access the Pharmacy. They said the main store wasn't big enough to hold the Pharmacy. Seriously? !

I was very frustrated at a store policy today regarding the $10.99 non refundable deposit of the 18L water jugs. I now remember they used to be refundable. I went to buy 3 today and started asking questions to a young female cashier named Kourtney. R.
I was being a *Karen* and Kourtney was so calm. She did everything right as a representative of a store. I was impressed. I apologized to her before I left the store.
The staff here are also very friendly and helpful. When you can't find something and ask them, they take you to the item instead of just pointing or saying "it's in aisle 5". The staff are always smiling. The store and washrooms are clean as well. Keep up the good work.

Been to this location many times as I live in the Glenmore area and have always received great service but yesterday stood out more than any other visit. Ran in to grab something really quickly and was standing in line waiting to pay and over heard the cashier asking each customer as they were waiting to pay “What was the best part of your day? ”
I honestly thought I had heard her wrong until it was my turn to pay. She did the same thing to me and I gotta say, owning a retail establishment of my own, I thought this was an AMAZING touch to the ultimate customer experience. I don’t believe this was something implemented by management as she sincerely was interested in your reply and extremely positive. I didn’t catch her name but you’re lucky to have her as an addition to your establishment. What a fantastic way to end your shopping experience.

Cashiers are helpful. Skylar is an absolute rock star with professionalism and friendliness. Looking forward to life returning to normal — 50% empty shelves, staff in bakery clearly hate their jobs, produce staff always helpful and offer further assistance. They will walk you to the item you are seeking. Overall a clean and average experience.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a decent selection of vegetables/fruits and "organic" meats.
However the pricing on most things is above the average of most grocery stores, and you could shop here for 5 years straight and your save on points would probably only get you half off a carton of eggs.

Great service and for the most part staff are friendly and helpful. On a few occasions though there has been very little food left on the shelves if you go later in the afternoon. Went early on a Sunday once and literally half the store was empty which was pretty weird. I don’t know if it was just a one off day but it kinda sucked because I couldn’t get everything I wanted. Still a good place to shop but can get very busy during peak hours

Looking for frozen spinach to make spinach dip with but I couldn't find it. Got everything else on the list plus a few extras.

Worst customer service tonight thanks to a cashier named Alyssa. Don't go in the store 10 minutes before closing because the cashiers make it known they are closing soon. I had my purchases and ready to go to the til when Alyssa comes barreling down the aisle stalking me to get to her til now. I am not exaggerating and she is a rude, grouchy and the most unfriendly person I have ever encountered at this store. She is an abrasive cashier with a terrible demeanor. I will not go into that store ever again before closing if this is the way they train their staff.

Bright clean store with excellent choices and very helpful staff. Steven in the meat department is always positive and always goes the extra distance in service.

Products aren't fresh most of the time. They also change old labels to new expiration dates to save money. Oh not to mention that they have a rat problem. Bought muffins from there and bite marks were on the muffins from a rat.

Its local to me. The staff take the time to stop you in the isles and ask if there is anything they can help you with.
Go out of their way to compensate if a mistake was made in their pricing on shelf. Or at the check out.

Selection is lacking. Emma helped us find what we were looking for (She was also our cashier once and she was super friendly both times).

A nicely stocked store with friendly helpful staff. They also have a large free-standing pharmacy at this location for your medical needs.
