This location is clean, plenty of parking, easy to navigate, shelves are stocked, and the staff consistent with their customer service. They also have plenty of products from around the world.

This is strictly about the premade meals. I’ve been to a lot of different save ons and none were as awful as this one. I’ve been craving Chinese lately so on my way home I went and stopped by this location to see what they had, even outside of the packaging it didn’t look very good but I was starving so I got it anyway, well when I got home opened it up and ate some it was nasty, bland and super dry alot of the noodle and rice was hard like it has been sitting for A few days or not cooked properly. I heated it up and added some salt thinking that would help but all it made it was dry hard and hot. It has been a while and I’ve began to feel sick I honestly think this could have gave me food poisoning.

Good selection of products. Wide isles easy to shop. Some items pricier than competition. Plenty of free parking. Worth a visit

It's a grocery store, but nice and quite as its sorta hidden. The staff are always nice here.

Today I spent $130 at this Grandview Save On Foods location. When I was ready to pay with a VISA gift card… I asked customer service (mature lady with glasses) for scissors to open my gift card. This lady asked me if I bought this gift card insinuating that I stole it. I did not steal this VISA gift card. My gosh I had to call her out on acting this way. She never apologized. I told her to enjoy the rest of her day and went to the cashier. Good grocery store… awful lady.

Picking for online service is the worst. Pickers ate obviously clueless. Most of the produce I ordered was half spoiled or just about to be spoiled. I've given it 3 tries and each has left me disappointed. Won't be using the service a 4th time.

Terrible! Had a salmon bought from this store cooked it and half way through one piece noticed a dead TAPEWORM in it. My salmon was a bit pink. I suspect I have a tapeworm. Terrible! This store doesn't look after the quality neither they care about the customers. Never ever will shop again in this store

This supermarket is pretty much directly across the street from the real Canadian superstore. It's food is a bit more pricey but the staff is more friendly, it's cleaner, and it's just more welcoming than rcss

5 stars for the staff, but 2 stars for the delivery service.
In person shopping is great. The staff are always awesome and kind. One time I went there 5 mins to close. The person at the entrance let me know they were closing soon, but none of the staff I saw after that mentioned it. I was relieved because I was worried every single staff would nag me about coming in before close, but they let me shop in peace, and the cashier was kind ringing me through, and seemed like he didnt mind (if he did, he did not show it).

However, the last time I used their delivery services they forgot to deliver my order. Every single item sat in a cooler over night. All of my pantry items and specifically canned items were disgusting after that. I didnt put the two together in time to exchange the items, but that was at least $100 worth of groceries I had to tossed out. Other times before that I was delivered expired items, one of my deli meats had a hole it in and mold inside. Delivery service isnt the greatest, but I am happy to shop in store.

Gotten HORRIBLE with their delivery program.

Gradually over time, increasing number of discrepancies in billing. Call the store and the management team do not return calls. Produce not only is not weighed when delivered but doesn't even match what the website and invoice state it will be. It's ALWAYS Significantly More now. Not only that but I ordered (example) pork chops which were to have been $8.80 each tray but I was billed $14.36 and $14.04! How is that right? Promised and agreed to one price but charged almost DOUBLE!

Add to this, I was to have had my delivery on Sunday, I get an email they are moving it to Monday. No apology, explanation or offer of compensation for the inconvenience. And the bill arrives and it's nearly $20 more than the expected total!

Filing a formal complaint with Measures Canada over the not weighing items and not adhering to posted prices. This is unacceptable, possibly criminal and most definitely premeditated.

Too overly priced! Spent our gift cards and not much bang for your buck! Prefer shopping at Superstore!

Always pleasant! I love buying the chicken here, good price & good quality. I find it cheaper than the other grocery stores. The produce are good, excellent choices and it's fresh. You seldom see rotten vegetables or fruits. Self checkout is good and efficient. Overall I love going to save on?

Kinda small, entrance and exit doors in awkward location. Staff does their job, but nothing outstanding. Not bad enough for 2 stars, but certainly not deserving of 4. Parking available.

Pretty good selection for a smaller store. No hot food section but there is some ready made deli items. Almost always able find what I need pretty quickly.

This is my favorite food store. I have saved a lot using the rewards card. The selection is good enough. Staff usually seem positive and efficient.

For their online shopping service, we got ripped off for the fruit and vegetables, which were significantly charged more than what they were supposed to. They charged the fruit and vegetables by each not by lbs. Essential items such as 2% milk and toilet paper were not available by the time they checked out which was around 5am in the morning.

Why didn't they update the website on time? Very disappointed. One star is for their drivers who always delivered the items to your door on time.

I love the space at this Save on Foods location and the selection of fruit and veg is wonderful.

Nice and quiet.its such a shame this store is so big on selling dead animal corpses, though. So depressing going shopping anywhere except vegan stores. Grateful for their vegan selections, though.

Great selection of food and meat.if u get a savings card you can get certain discounts on certain items at any given time

Pretty good selection for a smaller store. Almost always able find what I need pretty quickly. The place is well laid out only issue is people not caring to go down the isle the right way then walking into you despite covid signing clearly posted everywhere but I can't blame the store for that they tried.

Very convenient with a lot of indoor parking spaces. Did not have to fight with crowd at the Superstore or Walmart.

Most expensive store i have ever been to. I will never go back. I only bought stuff because i had a gift card. I did not save on anything. Highly not recommended!

Great gorcery store with wifi. I always use the wifi here to access the my offers from Save On Foods. Overall I can find the grocery items I'm looking for, without the crowds. I feel much safer shopping here than a competitor that is packed full of people during a pandemic.

An abysmal greetings card selection, don't know what happened to it, they used to have a whole section dedicated to it, now just a small stand, almost all for birthdays

The staff was very rude and they treated me very unfairly and when asked to speak to manager I was left standing around waiting, I was not impressed. This is the only save on foods that I have ever encountered staff like this and top it off there was no Pharmacy, which is what I was enquiring about, and if there was not a Pharmacy then I wanted to see if they had an aisle for maybe Pharmacy related items but they made it so difficult, and stressful.

Great store! Staff member gave me a bouquet of flowers as a random act of kindness today. Thanks for brightening my day!

Really clean and well organized but unless you are using their points card the prices seem a little high to me.

Terrible customer experience at this location rude management when asking about the facilities. He even threaten about calling security. Very disappointed

ENDLESS problems with their delivery service, can't get through to a manager. They constantly forget half my order, send it to the wrong person, or forget my order completely. Will definitely be going with a different delivery service after a year of trying and having to call with a problem with every order. No one there knows what's going on.

Kind of on the pricy side, but they do have a nice selection of niche foods for specialized diets and ethnic cuisine. They close early for a grocery store so don't wait til last minute, highly recommend buying your niche/specialized foods here then going to Superstore/Walmart close by for your other items because they mark up the basics pretty steep.

It's convenient. Often they don't have all the products I ordered which necessitates grocery shopping elsewhere as well.

Good for food, but they can never actually find the keys for the smokeless cabneit and they just tell me they dont sell them when I know they do

Always enjoy the quality of Save on products. This store has put in a large investment in home delivery with a fleet of EV vans. So there were more food pickers than clients. Helpful as everyone knew where their products were.

Horrific.

Want to waste days of your life? Order online! They'll constantly void your orders without even attempting to notify you, leaving you anticipating groceries that never arrive. Then they'll pass the blame to any number of faceless people, and somehow make you think your starvation is your own fault. Absolutely abysmal.

As save on food stores go.this is the worst one I have ever been to. Lunch offerings are terrible compared to many other places. Seems to only really exist for the delivery service.

Deli and hot food can use some improvements. Not cheap for mediocre quick lunch. No salad bar either. Meh. 3 stars only.

I have to say that the sales lady working at the cigarette counter on Saturday afternoon went above and beyond her duties. The Lynn valley store sent us to this store looking for a flavor stick called ITSA. The Lynn valley location was out and the one on Main Street has never heard of the product.

This product flavors not only food but cigarettes. The cashier was willing to phone other locations for us because we had use of a car. As a customer for years I think I say thank you for all you've done because it gives me faith in customer service again and it did not make my trip seem futile.

It has a nice and clean Japanese deli set up here. Lots of free parking. Seldom line up at check out; not a very busy supermarket as there are many megastores around.

I used to love this place for grocery shopping when it was price smart and now back to save on foods. Missed all the asian selection.

First time here, and I really enjoyed the experience. Clean, neat, and there's a free discount card that gives you discounts on selected items.
