Very fair and frineldy people. I haven't been to an auto wrecker in quite some time with Amazon and eBay and such. It seems like years ago the prices were just getting too high and a lot of the owners weren't particularly friendly to customers. These guys were great I came back because I forgot to get a piece and he told me I could just take it for free. Even the part I purchased was extremely reasonably priced. Quick and easy, good operating hours. Great people

Not a good experience. They don't respond to email questions. Ended up driving all the way there and not very helpful. Prices are also too high. Waste of time. Will not be going back.

Wonderful wrecking, big big shot for Shawn and khosro. They are so friendly and helpful. That's very busy wrecking but they manage everything perfectly awesome.

I have no idea how this place is in business still.i’ve had multiple awful experiences calling here, but here’s today.called for my work we asked for a shop cost on a door and he quotes us MORE than the RETAIL price that they have posted online? !? He then berated me for using the word “scam” lol.because it was a scam? I as the customer, had more skills is trying to diffuse the situation and talk business but he had none of it and instead hung up on me before i could say anything else that he could actually hear without talking over me.lol.joke.based off these other reviews it seems as though they do this to everyone no matter who you are or where you’re calling from

Don't bother buying from here. A brand new back right tail light for a 2015 altima is only 100$ while these thieves want 175$ for a used one. What a rip off place

Very not friendly service as he didnt even let me finish to say what I was looking for that he did respond to an another costumer aswsering me wathever he was imagined I was asking and I could never get to the real point before he told me "I don't have it" to get rid of me. My part is hard to find because I have a rare import van and he kept telling me that the brand of my car I was telling was not existing and I was confusing it. Seriously?

Reading some of the negative comments, just seems to validate my experience also!
I phoned at least half a dozen times and Bobby said he would call back, never did, and eventually the clowns didn't even have the part I was looking for.
I would suggest using another salvage yard & by pass this one altogether!

They tried to find the part I needed, and when they couldn't, they referred me to another shop

I was very satisfied with the friendliness and service I received. It helps that they had the part that I needed and decided to remove the part before they closed which screwed me a trip back there next day. Threw gentleman that actually removed the window i was purchasing was very knowledgeable and helpful to me. I site how that he got his $20 tip I left for him as well add the front desk staff I left a $20 tip as well. THANKS YOU GUYS!

Asked the person on the phone if he had a headlight for a vehicle, guy seemed very angry that I called and rushed me off the phone like I was wasting his precious time. Won't be sending any more business to these people if that's how the first interaction with potential clients is performed.

Never seen a business owner hurting his own business more than this guy. Make themselves busy without accomplishing a thing. What's the point of answering a phone if one don't know anything (nor price, delivery, or availability). A response is always to call back without intention of calling back. Promised free delivery without having any working vehicles; only lost time. Always have to show up to deal in person when it's the 21st century. Very annoying to deal with.
They have a good inventory, but should pull up their customer service and work on their management skills.

Good service with good prices, has been my go-to spot for a while. They have what I need most of the time. Highly recommend

I got engine with 150/000 but engine looks like 300/000 on it.engine not run well and every day check engine light comes on

Not sure why the call themselves save on parts. It should be more like "how to get ripped off". They gave me a price which was higher then the dealer. When I nicely explained this the staff and the owner were extremely rude and tell me off. They said to get out and buy from dealer

Good experience. Dealt with the owner shawn, bought sideview mirror for camry. Very little parking. Owner is good businessman. Was in and out in 20 mins. Price was alright also

Called to see if they would have headlamps and mounting assembly for my 09 jeep wrangler.the goof who picked up gives a straight up NOOOO first in a very rude manner was about to ask another question before i could say anything that clown starts to rant on the phone that they don't have it and not to call back then cuts the call.even the good reviews seem fake PURE SCAM

Terrible customer service, gave me a price on a part and I asked if you could match another Wreckers price but instead he increased it by 30% trying to charge me more than he originally told me. Also Told me I was wasting his time. I do not recommend overpriced and rude!

Good service from employees. Must wear a face mask apon entering yard. There is many of automobile parts available here.

They wanted $80 for a door handle and I had to take it off myself. I can get it brand new shipped to my door for $30 including shipping!

Also they don't know how to wear masks there and I felt very unsafe with covid-19!

Straight up honest service and prices. Although my need was minor in nature, I appreciated the service.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Extremely rude. I was going to buy a few parts from here but after the very rude telephone conversation I will never purchase or recommend this place. If this is the way you treat potential customers your not going to be in business long. Learn how to treat people with a little respect!

Experienced worst customer service @ save on parts, felt like they don't really care about their customers: (one of my friend refer them for a part went there but the person dealing at front end consider himself he owns this world? I wish I had a choice of giving zero star

Worse experience I ever had. Very rude people. Zero respect and are not honest/reliable. I regretted that I had been there one time. They call themselves that "Save on part, " but actually, it should call (Ripped on the part).
Recommendation, don't waste your time and money. There are tens of other used auto parts!

Scam artists they don’t sell to everyone! Someone they have parts but they say sold out because they sell to body shop for a better prices when the body man is needed!

Being a delivery driver for Amazon, I own and drive a 2008 Toyota Prius. Save on parts is close to where I live, find they have an excellent supply of parts I need for all three of my Japanese vehicles

This is the place to be, nice people and they not charge for small parts. I have bad experience on Ken's Japanese Auto parts.

I was told inaccurate information over the phone. When I showed up they did not have the parts I wanted. Overall, a waste of my time.

Came in looking for a bumper reflector for my Mazda asked if he had one and he just straight up told me "no". Even though I had already seen min 6 mazadas on the lot. No help what's so ever.

The price that they ask for a damaged second hand part is equal to new one, and when they couldn't ripp me off they started to insult me with their own language which it was my language and I could understand it and I let them know what they told me and you can imagine how shameful they were at the moment.stay awayy

Very helpful staff and cheap service. I was looking for a specific part for my car that would cost me over $500 new, and I got it in great condition off of an old car for just $60, and another $30 for the labour. It's like-new and was installed just fine, so I think I got a pretty great deal.

Typical scam junkyard. They will tell you one thing on the phone and then another after you waste your time driving there.
