Just had a service with Jessica and she was exceptional! First time I have a Brazilian wax with NO PAIN at all! I was prepared to experience the normal discomfort and pain that comes with a Brazilian but I am soooo pleased with this experience. Jessica is so skilled and has such a nice personality, the whole appointment was comfortable and felt like I was chatting with a friend.

Needless to say, their new location is beautiful, bigger and everything is super clean

This place is amazing! Jessica was very gentle, easy to talk to and very genuine. Thumbs up for a very good music in the lobby:) and dry hair shampoo in the washroom, that was a lifesaver!:)

10/10 will be coming back here. Probably the best wax I've ever had, Marina is so friendly and really knows what she's doing. The products she uses are great, the location is super convenient, and the pricing is really decent. Plus you're supporting a small business! She was really nice to talk to, super gentle and attentive, very eager to accommodate and definitely strives to provide a good customer service experience. I'll definitely be coming back

I had my Brazilian wax with Marina and she does everything to make you comfortable and put you at ease. She also informs you about what your skin could be experiencing and uses great products. Definitely recommend her.

Very disappointed in the customer service with this establishment. I was literally overall and phoned 14 minutes late due to a family emergency.and the owner herself didn’t have the respect to come out and meet me personally had one of the hairstylist come and tell me sorry no you’re late and that was it m!
Establishments like this are word of mouth, and I strongly will not be using this service going forward. Very poor customer service.
Thanks for your reply, but as a phone, the salon six minutes after my appointment that I had a family emergency and your reply in my opinion is very poor.
Being a business owner, you always have to have some leeway and the way you handle it and you reply to this clearly shows customers are not your top priority, and in this business I’m sure it’s word of mouth, but I will definitely not recommend to anyone after that reply wow!
Once again, iPhone 6 minutes after my appointment since I was four minutes away so within reality and 16 mins late

Visited today for the first time. I have never had pro waxing done before other than a little bit of facial waxing.

Location is super clean and tidy, in the rear of a hair salon. Private treatment room with a bathroom nearby.

Waxing services were clearly explained to me before we started. Questions were answered. I felt totally at ease by the time I climbed onto the waxing bed. As per the website, I had taken some Advil beforehand and was very well hydrated.

The waxing itself was effecient and not as uncomfortable as I was expecting. Phew. I had my legs and underarms done. It has been a couple hours and all redness is gone.

I love the results and entire experience, so have already booked my next two appointments.

I'm a mid-40's male and I went to Savvy Wax Lounge for my back. I've never had it waxxed before. Marina was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. She used cooling towels on me after every application and one week in my skin feels great, I feel fresh and there are no issues. I would highly recommend her.

Marina is extremely friendly, professional and kind. The whole experience was so positive. Her products are of higher quality than many salons and the place is super clean. The booking system is easy and the confirmation email is immediate which is a welcome break! Happy to avoid all the back and forth calls, texts and emails that other salons put you through!

I called lady told me $23

I even confirmed I want sugar waxing in the beginning of my conversation she said yes.

Once I said there will be 3 of us coming for sugar waxing. She changed her words and said no no the price I gave you is regular waxing.

Sugar waxing is very expensive. I call you back with the prices.

Money minded.don’t recommend!

She was very quick in responding to my emails and her booking system is very easy to use. The location is convenient, right on 6th street with plenty of parking in front of the salon and on the side streets.

Waxing is often synonymous with pain and irritation, however her techniques are virtually painless especially when she adds the soothing oil after the wax. I wasn’t rushing home to remove excess wax because there wasn’t any.

Marina is sweet, friendly and gets the job done. I highly recommend booking a wax with Marina!

Marina is super friendly and so nice! It was my first time waxing my underarms and it didn't hurt that much at all, and Marina really has a great way of making you feel comfortable!

Best wax I've ever received! Marina is so warm and makes you feel so comfortable. I started going to her as I was tired of the typical wax places. I felt like it was just an in, pay, and go system, and in the end you don't even get a good wax. It was NOT like that with Marina. She genuinely cares about you and shows it. She also never misses a hair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Marina was such a professional wax specialist - her technics, experience, attitude + her great products most definitely stand her out from other Wax professionals. I've completely changed my opinion about wax procedure (Brazilian) : it shouldn't be so painful if right person and right product in the best combination. Once she finished her procedure, I felt almost nothing, expect little tingle (my past experience with other specialists were completely different and painful for the next 3 days).

I've been going to Marina (who is amazing) for a few months now, but my schedule stopped lining up with hers which made it difficult to keep coming. BUT all of a sudden Sunday's have become open with Chelsea. Its always a little scary being waxed by someone new, but Chelsea was AWESOME. She was so fast but still managed to do a great job and with minimal pain. Chelsea was great to talk to and made me feel very comfortable.

Sunday's with Chelsea will definitely be my new wax day!

Marina is informative, professional and above all the sweetest. She truly cares about her clients and doing the best possible job. I always appreciate her candor. She has great bedside manner, makes the process as fast, efficient and as pain free as it can be and does an amazing job every single time. I can't imagine trusting anyone else the way I trust her.
