Say It With Cake

Cake was beautiful and the shop owners are nice, flavours were wrong and cake was a bit dry. Tried to reach out and nothing but excuses unforutnately. - I recieved my wedding photos and couldnt help but notice this absolute eyesore. Reached out to the company and once again nothing but excuses, i am truly so disappointed.

I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday and couldn't have been happier with the results. I ordered last minute and most places refused to accommodate me but the wonderful people at Say it with Cake not only saved me but did an incredible job. The cake was deliciously moist and fluffy and the icing was amazingly fluffy and just the right amount of it. Alll without being overly sweet. I asked for chocolate and coffee flavours and and not too sweet and it couldn't have been better.
The cake was also beautifully decorated, I didn't have anything specific in mind for the decorations and relied on their expertise and the results were perfect.

I ordered assorted cupcakes from this place for my colleagues and they just loved them. They all asked where I got these from. I have also ordered birthday cakes for my daughters in the past and have always enjoyed their creations!

Paid $3.94 for a napoleon pastry that had to be 3 or more days old. Couldn’t even eat it because the creams were dry and hard. I was glad I bought only 1 item because I was going to buy a box full of goodies. I won’t be back.

I went to a surprise bday party last week and they had the most delicious cupcakes. I love cupcakes and honestly I was like wow I ate two! The cake was light and fluffy and the icing just perfect amount of sweet. I live in Ridge and had to find out where they got them from. They are a bit of a drive from where I live but I just ordered a custom cake for end of May and I can't wait to try it:)

Ordered 5 dozen cupcakes for my grandsons first birthday. All 5 dozen were fresh, tasted great and decorated exactly as we asked.
Definitely be going back.

I got the cake today for the first time from this place and it looked beautiful but the icing tasted like powdered sugar and was chalky.it ruined the entire taste of the cake. I am upset as no one enjoyed it.

I've ordered two cakes from here in the last 4 months. Both were delicious, and decorated they way I wanted it. The cake itself and the filling was fresh and very tasty. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something for family parties and small events.

We buy custom cakes every year for our kids. Out of 12 birthdays - 8 different bakeries. This cake was by far the tastiest. We will be back!

They made us the most beautiful cake in short notice. It looked just like the picture i sent.on short notice. Carson air said it was the best cake with one of thete planes thank you

Worst cake I ever had for my 4 th wedding anniversary. They charged $90 for this cake, cream tasted like I was eating mud. It looked pretty but tasted awful, wish they knew how to make the cake tasty as well.

The older woman who works here (owns?) is so very rude. I was looking for supplies as my regular supply shop moved out of town. I mentioned what a hard time I was having finding the things I always bought there (they didn't have them). Her reply "too bad for you, good for us". I was floored. No suggestions on where I could maybe get the supplies or where there were other suppliers in the valley. Such poor service

The customer service here is HORRID. The lady who helped me at the counter was condescending, short with me, and down right rude. I will not be spending my money here in the future.

Major selection of cupcakes and other goodies and the icing is not too sweet. A large selection of backing hardware for decoration and finishing.

Had one of the most amazing cakes made by this awesome cake shop. The cake super delicious, and so moist. The icing was the perfect mix of not being too sweet. She was able to recreate a picture to perfection. I ould reccomend using this shop I will def be using her again. Great Job Guys

Dry cupcakes and terrible customer service:/
I Had high expectations but due to my bad experience I will not be shopping here again

Everytime I’ve entered this bakery I have never been treated with friendly manner. The woman who owns the bakery with her husband have no customer service skills, patience they lack in, and communication is so far from their minds that no matter what you come in for, these two seem to be frustrated. Handling a business is hard, but at least be good at it. Also if your a bakery, shouldn’t the baked goods be fresh? Every time my cupcakes are dry! Ordered a cake once, never again, it was inedible. Disappointed with this store. They should shut down before the people shut them down.

When I went in to this business, I had expectations: communication, and upbeat customer service. While I understand it’s a fast paced job- the customer in front of you is your first priority. The interaction was subpar. Today I had an arrangement made with a local baker, and say it with cake didn’t deliver on any of the latter expectations. I will not be coming back to this business, and neither should you.

Lady at the front was extremely rude. It’s suppose to be a nice professional and FRIENDLY environment, ANYWHERE you go. That was the EXACT opposite of this store. What is with the service? I came off from work and I had the nice service attitude.

Not only did I receive exceptionally rude service, I have gotten a cake made by them before and it was not up to my expectations.

“. I believe you did ask why I was nice to everyone but you. This is why. You were belligerent/demanding and your friend was video taping us. Both Tim and I were trying our best to please you. Finally exasperated we asked both of you to leave, which is our right. ”

THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL. Firstly you were being video taped because YOU MAM were being ‘belligerent/demanding’ as well as HOSTILE. I repeatedly asked in a LOW calm manners voice if “this is too much work I can leave”. Secondly, your personality is unprofessional, being Italian is not an excuse. And mr Tim is just sitting there watching you fire your head off over a computer. Don’t get the scenario mixed up lady. My attitude was professional, calm, and I was more concerned about you and your transition through menopause. Thirdly, you should not be accusing customers for attitude when it wasn’t present, and only you were agitating the situation.

Amazing! We are super happy how the cake turned out. So friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for the awesome cake.
