SBI Canada Bank

When you enter one grumpy women will say hi! You feel unwelcoming, I inquired about opening an account, asks me why would I want to open an account with them, for which I answered that why would anybody want to open accounts with them.what do they offer…. And thus the entire conversation went! Gave one star as she could ask some basic questions!

I have never seen bad behaviour of staff like this in my whole life.going to close my brother's account from branch.very very very bad bank staff

Madam Aruna needs rest, she behave she is like branch manager but dont even able to treat customer as teller, very less knowledge and rude behaviour.

Unprofessional staff. Smile on their faces are far away from them look like they are not happy at home and coming bank with same faces. Non cooperative old lady and turban man

A lady was there who is so talkie and was not paying attention towards other customers who were in the queue

It was observed by me that there was no control on this worst branch by anyone in the bank

Had very bad experience at tbis branch Staff behaviour is very bad.
Never ever come to this branch

Lady on the counter is always eating/drinking on her seat in front of customer. No etiquettes.

Please provide email I’d of chairman of bank.want to tell the truth of branch.very bad behaviour of concern staff

I could not understand the reason for treating herself boss of this branch by Aruna. Behaved rudely with my friend.

Visit Sbi surrey means disrespecting yourself.every one in staff is arrogant and don’t know how to respect account holder

The employees are talking over their cell phone in front of customers and discussing personal stuff with customer over the counter when I was standing in the queue and waiting my turn

About the behaviour of old lady, I was advised by one of your staff member that she is always considering herself Branch Manager of this branch because BM is coming from India for short period of time. I think it will not be good for bank.

I have to spent two hrs with my new arrival to canada friend in this branch because the teller was busy on the phone.

This bank should send all the staff of Surrey branch to other Canadian bank to see their banking and customer service. Black spot on the name of SBi.old Lady aruna is treated as queen.will never go to this bank again.very bad experience.

It looked that all staff was tired from this service and needed rest permanently. Higher authority should check it

And if and when you do get to the bank, their systems are so slow like their old staff it takes more than 20 mins for one small transaction!

Excellent staff. Excellent leader in Reddy. His humbleness touched my father of 96 years.
