Much better experience with staff than I've had in the past, polite and quick to help when the machines that were working ate our tokens.lots of games out of order, quite a few of the ones my family enjoys. No issues with the indoor mini golf or the go carts.

Amazing place been going for years! Really cool they upgraded the games and the environment!

Even though there was no one there, we needed help with 3 games. No staff in sight, no food, and when wanting to speak about our treatment… management was unavailable. Inconsiderate and rude. Won’t be going back.

Love the old school vibe. They still use tokens not cards! Always a fun day out with the family

A Kelowna Staple and Institution for as long as Ive been alive! Every kid had their birthday here at least once! The most family friendly experience you can have guaranteed!

We come here once or twice a year from Calgary area because my husband has been coming here since he was 4 years old and he is 45 now! It's a tradition with his family and now our family and it will hopefully be with our daughter when she has a family. We are VERY impressed by your new arcade games! Wow great selection and fun for the family. As always your outdoor mini golf is beautiful and we really appreciate the new turf on the courses it has really made a difference in our play. The inside mini golf is also absolutely stunning. The atmosphere created by your landscaping and the creative decor in the indoor golf is amazing and makes for a tranquil experience. The reason I could not give 5 stars and almost considered a 3 was that the young staff members you have (blond girl at tills and blond young man loading more tickets in ride machines) was very rude. They are the only two staff members we dealt with on our visit and they were very rude SMILE or for the very least take off that diry look on your face. Learn to say excuse me instead of shoving a family out of the way to load more tickets and not saying please wait for the rest of your tickets. I mean I know it's just tickets for plastic barely dollar store items I make six figures a year.but my kid looks forward to that and so has my husband who has been going to Scandia since before you were born. Either staff moral sucks and your bosses treat you badly or you hate life and people. I suggest better training for your staff and for all the money you have spent for making this place amazing you deserve customer oriented staff that takes pride in working there.

Super fun place to visit with friends! Had a blast on the go carting and the mini golfing was fun as well. Hung out in the arcade a lot and they had a great selection of games!

Great games, fair token prices, fast go karts on a fun course, highly recommend! Some games are down sometimes but they seem to get fixed rather quick!

Updated with excellent new games and latest technologies (VR), well maintained property clean and cared for. My entire family loves the go karts batting cages and mini golf great family outing anytime!

It was good one of the guys at the go-kart track should of been off his phone and doing his job didn't close a gate at the start of the run had a close bad accident and they didn't want to refund or anything for us. They did allowed everyone back on the track

Just shot a 48 in the jungle golf. I haven't been here in years. It seems cleaner than last time I was here although it still smells awful downstairs at jungle golf. Mold? Plus lemon? I don't know, like horrifying. By hole 2 you're kinda used to it i guess and then a weird Berry smell starts around hole 12. It's a fairly challenging course in comparison to other mini golf's I've played. I managed to get a hole in one on the last hole which gets you a free round next time! 5 stars for nicely challenging course. And this hella long review made possible by the wait time of machines out of tickets, guess its a busy day.

We visited last week and ~5 years ago and what a difference. Some positives such as the indoor golf course however we noticed many of the game machines were either not working or ate tokens. The staff all seemed apathetic and it was difficult to even purchase a reward with the tickets we won. It's a shame but the place has definitely gone down hill despite the new attractions.

Great prices, and great place to take the kids. This place is a gem that has been around forevvverrr. I remember going with my brother as a kid.

The go karts are a must do if you are bringing your little ones here!

Go-carting was fun. Great place to bring the kids for a few hours of fun. Lots of stuff for adults to enjoy too.

The minigolf is overpriced, but good quality. As you enter, the first thing you see is the games that are not running. Once you get past all that, you will have an enjoyable time, even though the tokens are 3/$1. The staff are probably the least friendly staff I've come across in Kelowna on both my recent visits. But still a fun visit each time!

Rude stuff, broken machines and lots of massive spiders in the entrance! Get it together Scandia you used to be cool!

Disrespects people with mask exemptions and treats them like second class citizens. I understand the is a lot of pressure with covid, but not honoring mask exemptions is no different than racism. I will never support this place again.

Some of the games ate our money, which was frustrating. The mini golf was fun. Don't do it when it is super hot outside though. I got a hole in one at the end and one a free round! Great for the family if you are looking to burn a couple of hours. The highlight for my kids was the giant snake in the parking lot that I thought was a hose and almost stepped on

I was treated horribly today by a very elderly man behind the counter. He wouldn't even listen to me as I tried to explain my mask exemption. I'll be speaking with the manager about the discrimination I experienced today. If that isn't handled well I will be filing a human rights complaint.

The greatest local business in Kelowna hands down. Every trip here is better than the last. The staff are hilarious and quirky. The mini golf is what every couple needs for a romantic getaway. The arcades are new and retro. TMNT being a personal favorite.

We went on the go karts yesterday. The first ride was great, not too many people. During the second round some of the riders decided to play bumper cars - these karts are not designed to be bumper cars. I was hit hard from behind and my neck and back are hurting today. My son was complaining of a sore neck. Several of the other riders were hit as well. I complained during the ride and the two guys running the ride did nothing to stop the people crashing into others - they did give the guy who was hit twice trouble though. Be aware that you can get hurt on these things, and there is no recourse for the people bumping into you.

Place is fun but manager needs to change his attitude about dogs being left in hot cars in the parking lot. I went to report it and he came at me with an attitude and told me he wasn't going to go smash his window out and that there's nothing he can do.then proceeded to harass his employee that actually stepped up and came to at least check on the dog

I like this place has a bit of everything. I wish they had more video games however I like how the kids can collect tickets for prizes. The go karts are a lot of fun they also have double cars if your little one is to small.

Very bad service, they kicked my young daughter out for not being a paid golf customer and my wife had to leave as well. Don’t support that place go to penticton. Way nicer people there then here.

This was a fun place to be. You can play 3 games in very less time. It is also cost effective. Good place to spend some time with your friends.

Still uses tokens, toy selection for game prizes underwhelming. Go carts and mini golf are pretty awesome.
