This business has a posted closing time of 6pm. I went in here just before 5: 45pm to get an insurance quote for one of my vehicles. The guy wouldn't even talk to me, and basically did whatever he could to rush me out. I understand there is a store closing procedure that takes time to complete every day, but if you're going to stop taking customers at quarter to, you should close the store at 5: 30pm instead so you don't have to be rude and abrasive to your customers. I found another autoplan broker that was willing to serve my needs and will continue to use them in the future. Poor form.
