Scotiabank

This branch and the parking contractor are running a scam. The contractor gives you a ticket right after you park and then demands proof. I forgot my wallet so I had no proof.

Shame on them for scamming their own customers.

This is a wonderful bank! I am a long time customer (since 2008). Everybody knows me at this branch, everyone I have met so far are doing their absolute best to meet any customer needs. 10/10 for service, attitude and diligence.

Worst and slowest service ever, the tellers in the front don't have any idea of what they are doing, they won't even let you talk to the manager because they are busy. Also, “Bryan” needs to keep a check on his attitude because I came in to report my stolen cards and money and he shouldn’t shut me up and should’ve tried to help instead. I know Scotiabank doesn’t care about it’s customers as they’ve not been reading these reviews or fixing these mistakes.

Very slow service, the tellers in the front don't know what they are doing, won't let you talk to the manager because apparently they are busy all the time, they never answer phone calls. Until now I didn't know that you are only allowed to go to the home branch for any issue with your account, so even if you are in another province, just book a ticket to visit your Home Branch itself for any 'issues'. They cannot verify your identity even if you correctly answer all the security questions or show photo id.

Worst customer service ever had in my life. No politeness at all. Tellers claim themselves as managers lol. And managers support them.

This Scotiabank branch on Fraser and 49th ave has been the worst bank I ever had to deal with.really shady people work at the Fraser street location. I went into this Scotiabank to get a bank draft made and they didn't even know how to make one. I have closed my account with this financial institution. If you want to bank with Scotiabank my advice is to use a different branch location.

Only 1 ATM? Are you sure that is Scotiabank? Isn't it the one getting 20$ fee every month? Shame on you!

The dumbest branch of scotia all over Vancouver. Staff do not know about how to work, how to solve issues and even how to treat the customers. Have no idea what they are doing!
One suggestion please avoid this branch!

Have been waiting weeks for the mortgage advisor to call; to discuss refinancing my mortgage. Exceptionally, bad customer service, TD I hope your service is better.
