Customer service contact is not answering to the any call, I have tried many times to call them but they do not answering any call.

I had a new teller at this branch today. She provided 5 star service. Thank you for doing a great job.

Excellent customer service. Chris was able to get us an emergency financial planning meeting to update some information for my Uncle who is a senior and was very worried about Covid exposure. Our visit was very efficient and Chris was able to take care of everything we had on our "to do" list in a very timely manner. Very impressed with this level of support and customer service.

Tellers are usually ok.problem is that they have terrible hours, as they close early, making it a pain to access inperson banking with their hours of business, for customer's who are usually not done business before 4pm.

Scotia bank Rutland, has been amazing to me, they have been so helpful to me in dealing with my parents estate, I couldn’t have done it with out them, special thanks to Jill and Ian. Thank you so much, I feel so blessed. My parents banked with Scotia for some 55 years very loyal Rutland people.

I don't understand all the poor reviews. This branch has always gone above and beyond for me - friendly and quick Tammy is an excellent teller!

Terrible service at this bank. My main branch is in Alberta, but we recently moved to BC and my branch that deals with my business is in AB. I needed to send legal documents to the Alberta Branch, and when I went into this branch 2 tellers argued about how busy they were and asked me to leave the documents so they could do it “later”. I explained why it was important to get the task done today and they brushed me off as though they didn’t care. Not only was it unprofessional for them to argue and glare at each other in front of me, the branch is now closed and the branch in Alberta has contacted me to let me know my time sensitive legal documents have not been received. Unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Do not use this branch.

Terrible hours, horrible service, 3 phone calls over 1.5 hours on hold they tell me I have to go in to fix my problem then I see they are open till 3 that's pretty inconvenient for anyone that works 9-5.will try another branch and if they can't help me I'm cancelling everything I have through them!

Drive thru Machine is not reliable ; temporarily out of service most days ; shady location.tried using the debit machine inside before bank opened to find a homeless guy sleeping in front of machine. Sketchy Scotia

I highly suggest you bank somewhere else. The branch manager lied directly to my dying fathers face right in front of me. We wanted to set up a joint account so probate would not be a issue after he passed. Brian insisted that naming a benifitary was enough and we did not need a joint account. EVERY banker I’ve talked to told me that is not true and now I am having a world of hassle paying for my father funeral because of lies. He made us not set something up that would ensure my dad has a proper funeral. Now, I have no funds to bury my dead father because of Brian. I HIGHLY suggest you bank elsewhere.

Scotiabank Rutland branch staff very very Helpful.the bank manager is a very good person helpfully honest. The other manager needs to learn from these.

BE AWARE! How do you give less then 1 star. The Worst bank. Be aware. They can give you a line of credit one day. Then Decide to take it away and pay it off with your credit cards with out telling you.

Buisness hours are 6.5 per day. Claim 24 hr atm services but more often than not doors are locked and drive through out of service leaving you unable to withdrawl funds. Ive went into the branch to give forms to transfer investment funds which magically dissapeared off the face of the earth. Horrible service at best.

12/23/19. Waiting 30 minutes in line up to a teller. Couldn’t use the machine for what I needed to do.
Slowest service. People working didn’t even care there was line out the door. I rather dive to the one on the highway.

Frustrating. Drive through bank machine has been out of service for 3 weeks now and the one on Diworth is locked. I cant access an ATM at 6: 20am.
