Worst bank I have ever dealt with? Disgusting customer service and they steal your money. And it’s never correct. How can they treat a client like this! Yes absolutely disgusting. I hope no one ever has to deal with this bank. They will rob you and treat you like garbage. If I could I would give -stars. Mortified

Its 3 year they didnt pay my property tax. But they deduct every month from my account. Last year i went there and they said we paid that but now i got letter from city we didnt get your 3 year tax. Not a good experience.

I have struggled for weeks trying to get on line banking working. The two stage security system is keeping me out because i never receive the notification. Have spent three days trying to work with help line ever time i'm told its good to go, but as soon as i log out and try to get online no notification. Very annoying. Personally went to the bank and found the help I needed. The young lady, whom I missed her name, was more than helpful. She needs a raise big time.
