If you have time in your busy day to wait and wait and wait a little more visit this branch. I will never come back to this branch!

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, this Scotiabank consistency in poor customer service finally pushed me over the edge to write this. Consistently leaving a single teller to work with a lineup to the door, and when asking one of the suits to help, they prefer to walk slowly to the back to hide, rather than address the issues. Will very shortly lose me as a customer once my mortgage with them runs out.

Online it shows it’s open but when I reached there it was close you guys should update online as well

I just had been to the branch, and Anna was so amazing! She made me feel so much better and made my day!

We needed a mortgage fast and furious. Only had 5 days before accepted offer would collapse. Joy, Ashley, Avnish and the team wasted no time. They got to work.

3 days later, Ashley called me back. Congratulations! She says.
Wait.what? I got qualified for a mortgage in just 3 days?
That is correct. She said.

Wow. This is amazing. What an Amazing feeling. I am so thankful that I have chosen this Scotia Bank branch. We are in our new home today, because you made it possible. Every employee here are award winning employees.

I had an appointment today with Inderpal Sandhu. He was really helpful and was willing to go an extra mile to help. Had a really pleasant banking experience.

I have been banking with Scotiabank for over 32 years. I find them very helpful they look out for me when the rates drop they call me to say that they can save me some money
I have just switched over all of my investments to them because of talking with Alex.

My wife and I have worked with this branch for years at both locations and found them to be friendly, competent and willing to serve us with great patience. Some of the staff has changed over the years, but they all seem to continue in the traditional excellent service.

I had an appointment at this branch today. When I reached there, I read notice saying that the branch is closed for the day. I understand that it was snowing badly, but at least they could have informed via email that the branch will be closed. I had to come in snow just to see that the bank is closed.

Have a great financial advisor, working carefully with me, I can phone up and he works with me in the bank or on the phone. Love it.
