Had the best service at this location a couple day's ago, monday i believe it was. The person helping me went out of their way to help me & and I'm not even a member there. That's good service it was with cashing a cheque. Thanks, i might have to start an account here!

Staff are generally nice and friendly, but some advisors I have dealt with in this branch regarding my mortgage are not so bright. They might need more training on their products and knowledge so they don’t waste my time here. Finally, I dealt with DK, the advisor, who was a great help and sorted out all my problems and I didn’t need to go back and forth with him. Big thumb up for him.

Just switched banking companies as I couldn’t stand using this branches atm anymore. The vestibule is perpetually warmer than the Sahara, this coupled with plenty of time spent in there attempting to use the atm’s due to poor debit card quality was too much. But mostly it was the Dante’s inferno of an ATM vestibule.

I have been trying to reach a branch rep for weeks but can never get a hold of the senior customer service representative there. The voicemails left on their phones are dated and have surpassed but you can never leave a voicemail.

The staff are nice, but every time I have to come in, I have to plan to wait in line for an hour. For example, right now on a Saturday morning (before 11am), I’ve been waiting behind one customer for over 40 min. It’s not acceptable for such a central bank at a central location to have such inadequate staffing. Again, nothing wrong with who is working here in my opinion, but the wait time whenever I come in is absolutely agonizing.

Do not bank with these guys they are scammers! I had to pay extra interest and when I’m closing my visa it so happens I cannot close it unless I’m in person. What a terrible banking system. I’m switching to RBC and everyone should do the same.

The worst terrible customer service I could ever experienced. It’s was the second time after more than a month I showed up at this branch and their computers couldn’t open my statement balance.
The funny part was that they asked me to give them my phone that they access to my account! I never expected this from Scotiabank.
For the next time I will go to another branch.
