This was the greatest experience, I found a friend working in this bank, and it made me very happy!

Poor Service they dont know anything abt there own services, people on phone say visit the branch, when we visit they say it is to be done on phone.

I can't believe how regularly this bank drops the ball on literally everything they do.
None of the staff have any experience in any aspect of banking, terrible customer service skills and zero accountability for mistakes made. Please close this branch and open ANYTHING ELSE

Very poor customer service is provided in this branch. The representatives doesn't follow the requests of their customers. I visited here on 15th April and requested one of the front desk representative to close my supplementary card, but he suspended my whole account. On top of that nobody on phone is ready to help me to solve this problem. Though the mistake is of their staff.

Worst customer service. Waiting for a call from their rep Esha for 3 days now. She had promised to call me back and never got any call from the branch. I guess I would have to visit them (25 minutes drive) again.

I opened my account here 3.5 years ago, and my personal banker, Justin was very friendly, thorough and professional in operating my accounts.

Worst customer service ever…. Giving the time frame in the appointment email and when we went there said you are late …! Improve your garbage system and give an accurate time to your customer so that you don’t waste their time!

Absolutely horrible! They have space for 8 or 9 tellers and only 2 are in operation. This locations manager has to be removed! Not a new problem. Wait time for a simple banking matter is Over 1 hour. Pathetic

Ever go to get groceries after being paid Friday night only for your card to decline because a bank teller blatantly lied to your face? Trust me, it is a very, very awful feeling.

Brought my pay cheque in to this branch today expecting them to quickly deposit it and I would be on my way as they did the prior two times I stopped at this location.

This time was different- he said the cheque would be held. I explained it is my paycheque I have been depositing for several years at Scotiabank and having cleared no problem, explained there is a note on my account in regards to clearing it, and explained that I have even had my paycheque fully deposited fine at that location multiple times in the past few months.

He said okay, claimed to be reading the note on file, and said alright, this won't be a problem, I am clearing it for you now. He even printed a reciept for me which says cleared, and said I could go.

Yes I have a reciept from him which clearly says the full total of my cheque is cleared. What is the point of a reciept if they can choose to make it say whatever they like regardless of what they have actually done?

Nobody should have to worry they are being lied to while dealing with their bank.

I've switched to Scotiabank for my business account Tuesday and couldn't make my later appointment for my personal account so I showed up first thing yesterday to see if they could fit me in as I had that day free and within 2 mins I was sitting down with Ben who was nothing short of amazing I ended up back at this branch later that day to see if I could talk to someone about about my business account and was amazed that I got to speak with someone who I wish I could remember her name her myself and Ben had a quick attended to my need I was so satisfied that I told them I love this place and they were amazing people I look forward to my future banking g with them and said I was gonna write this review so if you are reading this thank you once again for the great service and sorry I didn't remember your name

This is a horrible branch, backed up lines. Scotiabank doesn't even realize there there's a demand supply gap here. Being in a mall there's clearly a lot of people who come here but they are unable to handle the load. What's worse is they give you wrong information. They ask you to speak to customer service online who tell you the branch gave you incorrect information.
