I was having appointment at strawberry hill branch. I was early 15 minute for my appointment. I had appointment with Meehan Wahid. But I was waiting half an hour but she did not come to see that someone is waiting for you. Then one person came in and she quickly came out from her office and received that person without appointment. She just ignore me sitting over there. I receive email that your appointment is cancelled. Even I send two staff member to call her as I had appointment with her. Why you guys book appointment with people If you do not have time? After wait someone else come to help me out. But, this is so unprofessional behaviour of staff to wait us even I booked an appointment.

These people don’t know how to talk, I was there yesterday with my husband, we talked to a girl in Punjabi and she started talking in English, she is Punjabi I can tell and also she understands what we said but still she started speaking in English. We know English but what if our parents came to the bank alone and these people started doing this with them. Not everybody knows English. English is just a language, why they are so proud if they knows English. This is everyday’s problem now. I don’t want to go there now. This is so frustrating.

Very unprofessional staffs. I had an appointment with sukjit mann.i was there 20 min early before my appointment, she didn’t even bother to the person is there or not and she just cancelled my appointment. Very unprofessional behaviour and cashier was horrible.they all were laughing on the other customers and very bad customer service. She didn’t even try to help me. Worst experience ever.

Whenever I went there to use the cash machines they had issues and it’s not only with me quite a lot of people are having issues they are not interested to solve the problem at all

Dont go here, or else you will come out getting frustrated. The brown ladies working here have so much attitude, they dont know anything about customer service. And they talk so rude, the staff needs to be changed asap. Deepika, she didnt understand to what i was trying to to say about my issues with the account, she just turned up to me saying that its my fault and one other aunty working over there she got mad at me that i should take my statements and leave and i didnt even talked to her she just came up to me, was so rude, i dont know how they got their job they dont even know how to talk to the customers.

Very unprofessional staff! The lady named Katie spent atleast 30mins gossiping about family matters while the line grew longer! Just a simple deposit took me 45mins to complete! They are lounging in the bank as if they are sitting in their living room at home. Very disappointing!

Huge management issue here at this branch. Everytime my husband and i come here its long waits beyond an hour even if you try and book an appt. Im blaming management because they are responsible for ensuring they have efficiently trained staff on site and enough staff to cover the demand of clients. What gets me most upset is there is always alot of people working on shift but many stand in groups chatting to each other when they have clients waiting. Corporate office needs to have a company efficiency review on this place and perhaps establish proper workflow procedures to accompany the large amounts of clients they serve.

Shockingly poor service at this branch. We went in to change our mortgage dates to bi-monthly with one mortgage specialist, and activate a line of credit we had. Two weeks later, neither had been changed- it appeared as though she had resigned or been fired that day. I spoke with someone else on the phone to activate the line of credit but she did not do the change to the mortgage dates, it has now been 3 months of waiting for her to call or email us and we are having to see another branch to get this simple change done which we have already signed off on.

Waiting here since 2 hours. Whats the use of taking an appointment. After waiting for 2 hours they said come back tomorrow we are closing soon. They were helping people after me. And i was sitting there for 2 hours.

The worst branch that i have ever visited never ever suggesting anyone to visit here especially new comers dont! You are just gonna loose faith in the banking sector of scotia as the staff is more than unprofessional i would really consider to give the job opportunity to someone who knows how to talk and if a person may be willing to help the other staff wont let them the best option is to close this branch down wont have to waste time willing that they will come up with a solution.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went there to deposit my cheque as they were putting my money on hold. I was told I must go to the Abbotsford Location where my original account was set up, And then the manager provided no help at all. I went to surrey central location, they did not even ask a questions and released the hold right away and increased the limit. Been using scotia for 10 years. Was not expecting this. So 0 stars to this location.

Pathetic Branch. No greetings, the tellers were very busy talking things to each other that were irrelevant. Teller named Orshan did transaction for me but for no use. He wasn’t even willing to help and was arguing a lot on a basic withdrawal transaction. Loyalty isn’t valued at this specific branch. Don’t have tellers who can’t even serve the client with basic needs.

Don't even deserve a star, staff was so rude and unprofessional. Dealing with a same language customers doesn't mean you can talk rudely. Worst scotia branch in surrey.

Hi,
I went to this branch to update my status and getting a new credit card with appointment. Financial advisor Ramneek gill told me that I have sent a request to get it approved and will take nearly one week.
Now its been more than 2 month, I am trying to contact her no response of any calls and emails. At least she should have told me that she can’t help with this, so that I would have booked a new appointment.
I changed my direct deposit to scotia bank just to get the credit card, but they made my experience worst than ever.
Totally zero star from my side.

Probably the worst branch in Surrey. Failed to resolve my problem and basically told me to go figure it out myself. Went to the next nearest branch and it was solved in 5 minutes

I can’t believe the other staff stood around watching as the teller absolutely made herself look so unequipped and unprofessional. She kept repeating herself and would not listen nor help me.
Customers service said I had to come into branch to correct information. After having all proper documentation and driving in the snow she tells me to call customer service.
Lady I’m in the branch with you and you have a computer in front of you with my information. So why would you tell me to call customer service. While other staff avoids eye contact. What a joke. Where do u keep your $
