ATM does not work outside of hours.

Update, zero Scotiabank is open beyond 4pm. This is mind blowing.

Today I went to scotia bank solve my credit card problem that a previous lousy advisor who has already resigned didn't ask my permission to open some functions, and resulted in I being charged extra late fee from my credit card, I was so sad and feeling hopeless because I just got to Canada and I didn't expect to being charged and have a bad record with bank. However, now the problem was fixed after I encountered a super nice bank teller whose name Nikki. She is the kindest person I have ever met in Canada. She helped me out and explained everything as well as taught me how to save my money correctly on the app hand in hand, I felt so luck to meet her, she was literally save my life and make my day. I received an amazing service from Nikki, Thank you so much Nikki, but also thank you Broadway Scotia Bank

Staff were super helpful! Noticed some things on my account that I hadn't and made money!

How can anyone working day shift do any banking?

Totally useless people. Unpleasant too.
Considering closing my account and going with another bank.

The front teller is so unhelpful and unfriendly unless youre an Asian woman working behind the desk. Asked me serve all times if this was my account and stared at me blankly.
