The staff is very very very rude there! David Han is not a fit as a manager at all. He doesn’t care about the customers. Be aware and don’t go to this branch!
They are not treating the customers how they should be. The staff think they own this Scotia Bank branch and that they can do whatever they can do to ignore customers. They are treating customers and especially immigrants very bad. Also, I did the complaint to the customer service twice and I haven’t received any reply at all. Now I am trying to talk to someone from Escalated Customer service, but no one is taking the phone calls of course. I left the message on the answering machine last Tuesday and nobody called me back. I left another one this week and I am waiting for reply. The worst bank ever! Some of the staff were laughing at me when I had an issue and when I asked the teller why is he laughing he replied to me “Because I think it’s finny”, but this all situation was not funny at all! Choose different bank.

Horrible customer service! The worst branch ever. Stay away. Manager David Han not suitable for this position at all. Tellers acting like they are the kings and queens and customers are the servants. They are making you to feel so unwelcome and so uncomfortable, because you are interrupting their peaceful time when they sitting on the chair and relaxing. Tellers are very rude against the immigrants. Don’t go there!

Newer location. I used outdoor ATM to withdraw cash. It allowed me to pick the denominations I wanted.

I was provided an exceptional service by Sarina in that branch. I came with a few requests. I got answers on all my questions and I received the printed copies of all documents I needed. Sarina was so polite, so friendly and so professional, she lighted my day.

There needs to be a bit more privacy in the teller area - sound travels in the open concept design. During my wait I was able to hear a lot about other clients financial needs/stress, mortgage payment and how much they owe in their line of credit. It's hard to be discreet if sound travels.

I am a new customer and very satisfied with the service special tanks to Luv that made my experience exceptional.

Went there today and after a bit of a wait, only two tellers working on a Saturday! They were doing their best. Was helped to solve my issues and left satisfied. The folks working there were very nice. My only beef is they are short staffed. Not the employees fault.

This bank is very bad service the manger david han is very un fit for the postion.i dont recomend this bank.

The bank cancelled on my scheduled appointment an hour before the schedule time. And the teller that called to informed me was giving me attitude when I asked a few more questions. What kind of bank would do that? I am re-scheduled for next week, will see how that goes.

The branch manager Sean McN is rude. He concocts stories that could undermine the entire Scotia bank operations. I agree with the people who made negative comments about this branch in these reviews. Not a single day that there will be no screw up. It's them. Go to another branch and it's like night and day. This 6th Ave.branch is no where near other Scotia bank branches' customer service.
