I don't know how many times I've used the drive thru to withdraw money and it's unavailable. Unacceptable!

If I could give zero stars I would.

I paid my ex out in February for his half of our house and it is now June and the paperwork to transfer the house into my name still is not done. It has finally been sent to my notary who has no idea what’s going on because they weren’t provided with any information.

No one answers their phone or email in a timely manner.

Absolutely the worst bank and I will be taking my Mortgage elsewhere as soon as possible

This is for Harveer. Rude, zero customer service skills. You should act like ambassador for bank as your working in front. Not like Karen …. Will try best to take this further. Taking my family mortgage and my personal to other bank, Period!

I had an appointment for applying new card and get a limit increase but Advisor wasted my time, she didn’t check my previous history or checked if i would get approved or not and just blindly filled my application and it got rejected. They should have all the information for finance but they are advisors with no knowledge at all. Now my credit score will be get effected badly.

I was helped by front staff Rajdeep the other day. He was very kind, intelligent and answered all the questions I had with professionalism. There is always long lineup in this branch and wait times for appointments.

Customer service is terrible! I visited the bank, and I went up to the front desk lady I don't know who she is but my experience with her is TERRIBLE. She works at front desk and laughs at her clients. She continues to talk to her other friend that works with her in another language, saying rude things about me behind my back (even though Ican clearly understand what she's saying). She also ruined my appointment, when she created it, she purposely gave a time and day when they weren't going to be open. She does not deserve a job here; she rightfully deserves to to be aware of all the bad reviews about her customer service because of all the things she's done to me and maybe some others especially with her terrible work ethic and annoyingly petty attitude. She constantly makes this bank look bad and pulls her coworkers into it, if anyone else had problems with her don't be afraid to voice your concerns, we all agree.

Worst bank I’ve been too, tried to open my daughters account and decided to make an appointment but the lady at the counter was just laughing. This already went off at a bad start, she wasn’t doing her job properly either all we did was book an appointment and even that was difficult to do. Then we come at appointed time and turns out the banks was closed. Everyone was still working and the lights were still on but no one was able to enter. I couldn’t get make a new appointment on the phone without them being “busy” either. Worst place to go if you need open a new account, and I absolutely do not recommend. Waiting for the new location to open up so I wouldn’t need to go here.

Beware of the front counter lady name Renu. She is with extremely rude and terrible attitude to her customer, you are the shame of this branch. This is not your family business, remember you are just a person who works here!
