Very poor management waited for 2 hours for the bank draft the assistance manager is stupid and unprofessional didn’t solve the costumer request didn’t say sorry to the costumer for sitting that long. Scotia bank is the worst bank in Canada especially the management in Scotia they never seen big money

Long waiting time. Most of the time there are only two counters serving customers making the waiting time so long. Sometimes during lunch hours there is only one counter open for customer.

Based on my experience of banking with almost all Canadian banks, Scotiabank is definitely not the worst because there are still HSBC and BMO out there.

If you have any complex questions regarding your accounts or fees, make an appointment with the advisor at this branch will help. Their advisor are experience and helpful dealing with your concerns. Unlike those advisor at the Alderbridge branch, they can't help and are wasting your valuable time. Just DON'T go to the Alderbridge branch for appointment, DO NOT, trust me, I tried.

Worst customer service I had ever. I came to withdraw some cash and the guy who act like senior advisor questioned me why I don’t use ABM and unwilling to help me with that. He doesn’t care client or what happened to the client. I can only feel the unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. It’s time to close all my scotiabank accounts. Very disappointing.

Only 2 tellers with a lot of customers waiting. I changed banks bec of high fees but only come here for my parents. Other than that everything is just so slow….

Super Slow at the counters. 2 counters for 10 people waiting in line. Do not come here if you don't have an appointment with an advisor.

This branch has to be the slowest and most inefficient bank I’ve ever been to. They take forever to serve their customers. And they always seem to be short staffed.

Love the Disney music at this branch. Staff are friendly but most cashiers are undergoing training and making mistakes, so make sure you double check before leaving.

I would love to give 5 stars to the bank for having employees like Victoria Chiu. She helped me today in getting the documents for immigration purposes without taking a lot of time and with all the information I needed. It took 1 hour to get the same thing done at other banks. She is very smart and knowledgeable. 5 stars to Victoria. Thank you so much
