The CSR at this location constantly inconvenience me. Either they have paid my bills (PROPERTY TAX) incorrectly or processed (deposit) funds in the incorrect account.

The bank manager is very impolite and has an excuse for her staffs errors.

This bank is conveniently located a few minutes from my residence but I may have to ditch this location for good.

I haven't had any issues at the Brentwood Mall location. It seems like the CSR's and the manager are trained thoroughly and my bills are paid correctly.

Very bad bank I went to deposit the cheque and 2 lady working there and they both helping one I was waiting there for 10 min no help really bad service may be they are new they don’t know how it work the sistem

I want to extend my appreciation to your staff member in the white number 7 football jersey. Despite my limited English, he displayed immense patience and successfully resolved my issues. His service was simply perfect. I am truly grateful.

Wish I would have read the reviews before visiting this branch. I would rate this branch a zero if I could. No customer service at all. I concur with the other reviews, that they treat you like an enemy and to avoid this branch at all cost.
