I went there to ask a few questions about my banking account and the Customer Service of Angelica was beyond flawless, she cleared all my questions, she’s nice as a rep!

This scotiabank staff is just for the show. They don’t even know what they are doing and why they get paid. I used their ABM inside the bank to deposit around 400$ that i withdrawal from my other bank. When i put the money in money section it showed your money has been retained. As a person who was new in Canada. I didn’t know what to do and how to handled the situation. So i asked the staff and explained what happened, all the staff person said i will file complaint on your behalf you will receive a email from Scotiabank on the updates.
And till date. I have not received a single email from them. I tried calling and sending email to scotiabank customer service.
But no, they don’t care about their customers anymore.
