The customer service is fine, good even. The problem with this branch is that it is simply too busy, all the time. You could probably drive down to Scotiabank in Langford, get helped, and get back home before you were helped at this location. Atrocious.

I have been with Nova Scotia since 2016 and the worst experience I always get from Duncan British Columbia branch, even the last time I came in I got the same worst experience and this time as well, especially the “Carlye” customer experience lead, that’s what she mentioned her name and designation because she did not have her name tag on. She was so rude to me and did not know how to behave with the customer not at all tolerable. Third class experience from nova scotia Duncan BC branch, I was not expecting this from nova scotia, I will take this to upper level.
