One of the worst branch I have dealt with. Most of them are fine but to point out a person, it would be Pankaj - I am consistently getting bad experience with him, seen his arrogance when I was using my student account. I would not recommend to anyone. So much so that moved my home branch. All the best.

Helpful staff and management
Transferred all our accounts at this branch, every department goes out of way to help - highly recommend Scotia Bank and this branch.

THE WORST BRANCH EVER!
Unhelpful staff and manager and they aren’t trained well enough. They just waste your time.
It was 5 pm – 1 hour before closing and I needed to make a transfer to my lawyers Trust Account which is also in Scotia Bank but unfortunately I left my customer/debit card at home. However, I provided 2 my Scotia CreditCards, my driver’s license, medical card - they were able to open my account. I also let them know all details about all my transactions for the last 2 month. I let them know about all additional users for my credit cards and all history including my employment and home-branches and answered all their additional security questions.
Clerk tried to convent me to come tomorrow with my debit card and it looks like he was not very knowledgeable, maybe just young. I explained that it is very important to make this transfer today and he went to his supervisor to verify my transfer. They were sitting at the supervisors’ desk talking and laughing for a while and I was waiting. Finally he returned to his stand and informed me that they cannot make this transfer without my debit card because they must to protect my account. I asked their manager to explain the emergency of my situation and when manager come out, she did not want even talk with me – she just officially stated that any transactions cannot be done without my debit card because my signature does not look exactly like in their file opened more than 20 years ago…I start walking out and I heard “Thank you for visiting ScotiaBank” – it sounded very sarcastic… Newer be back and I will transfer all my funds from Scotia.

Wonderful staff. Edwin Chan was particularly impressive. Answered all my questions with patience. I will definitely recommend this branch to others. Oo, and management should give Chan a raise

Terrible service! Made an appointment with Mr Carlo for 1: 30 PM.client before me took 10 mins over, came out at 1: 40 PM (no biggie). I am guessing its me next. Guess what, Mr Carlo came out of his room, and brought 2 young men, sitting in the waiting area as me, inside his room. OK doesn't make sense, so I go to Ms Leisel at reception desk to find out whats going on? I was told, he will be free in 5 minutes, the other 2 gentlemen had some emergency. Ok I wait till 2 PM, nothing. I go back to the receptionist, after talking to Mr Carlo, she comes back saying, "I am so sorry I don't know whats taking him this long". I mean you were right there talking to him in front of me and this is the best explanation you come up with. Ridiculous. I was offered to reschedule the appointment, which again was of no use as I only have weekend off and Scotia bank, as usual, is closed then. I was going to apply a visa card with higher limit but after this experience I am considering to close all my accounts and move to some other bank where they value customers time just like they value their own.
