Very bad service and they don’t know anything about banking even if they don’t have proper knowledge at least they could be polite and guide us to a different branch.

The WORST banking experience ever. Parminder was the rudest individual I’ve ever spoken to. She had no manners and would not listen to the situation. She refused to get the manager after my father asked numerous times to speak to someone else. She lacked knowledge of the banks day to day service and had terrible customer service. She should be given re-training in regard to dealing with individuals and protocols. Corporate needs to step in because these are the people dealing with our money. In addition, she continued to blame my father and I for the banks error on providing the wrong account number on my void cheque. She also mentioned a different individuals name, stating it was linked to my account however, it did not match my name or void cheque. As well, the managers Rochelle and Choris need to getter better educated on what do with these types of situations because their job is to help and they did nothing but say they don’t know.

Would have given zero stars if possible. Just terrible service all around. Went in for deposit and a replacement bank card, the teller was very unfriendly and rude. Blunt and crude interactions they don't want you to be there. Can attest the low rating by others are well deserved.

I spoke to an employee called Tiffany. She was outright rude and didn't even listen why I need help and told I can go and complaint her manager and cut me off.
I think all bank employees consider themselves as Gods and behave as they wish with customers, and not sure why they choose to work in customer service if they can't handle customer service.
I am closing all my Scotia accounts.

Would definitely recommend Tashneet as your financial advisor. He is really kind and polite guy. Also he explains everything in detail unlike my previous financial advisor in CIBC.

I am sharing my experience at this branch of scotia bank. In one word "Pathetic". We just walked across to CIBC opposite the road and I could see a sky rocketing difference in attitude, customer service and most importantly promptness and kindness in the service.

Raj was such a great help. She helped me with my account and stayed back after closing to figure out my issue. Not a branch I would recommend but Raj was amazing and so patient.

Such a rubbhish bank, all staff are unemployed staff and they make their own closing timings, whenever they want close the branch early.it has happen with me more than 5 time.if someone has emergency they doesnt care, they just lock bank and ask to go different branch.

*** don't join this bank simply for the $300 incentive promotion*** just a warning to all the customers out there. I did since I needed another bank account and there was a branch close to my home.less than 3 months, they have taken money out of my account for charges that should not have occurred.the wait time for customer service via their service line is over 40 minutes long and the line up at the branch is even longer.their hours of service is beyond joke at this day and age. I rather forego the $300 even though i have satisfied all the criteria because they are my they are doing damage to my blood pressure!

No customer service. 10: 00 am - 3: 00 pm what kind of timing is this?

Please avoid this branch.

Disgusting banking services.
I have been banking here for 4 years, and Earlier their services was good but now this bank is the worse on giving services. They just get money in any terms from customers and tell them about fake service fees. I want to tell all the international students, not to open their account into Scotiabank

RAJINDER SEMBHI who works at this bank, conned my niece into getting a credit card deal without her understanding or knowledge. My niece landed in this country just 2 days ago and just wanted a student account with a debit card but this deceitful woman signed her for a credit card without her consent.

At one point even scolded her and was very rude to her during her appt.

International students please stay away from this branch!

“SHANON BROWN” one of the worst customer representative in the bank.
She does not even know how to talk to customer.

Request to management: Please put her in the file room, not in the front because she is going to make this branch out of customers with this kind of behaviour.

Lazy staff (visit any other branch if u want to save time).

Egoistic untrained (kitty group) work here i ask them for 4 months statement with stamp for immigration documentation. 4 women discuss about it and waste 4 minutes for 2 minutes job and wait for closing time and then one of them decide to become a immigration officer and decide no stamp is required on statements for immigration purpose and refuse to do it.
Later I go to another branch they simply do it.

I went to get my bank statement for my immigration purposes but I was informed that they do not provide bank statements now and they received strict notice from government about it.
I confirmed with her three times and she sent me home.
I called the scotiabank and they told that there isn’t any notice came from government and I can get bank statement from any scotiabank branch.
Next day I went to another branch and they provided me my statement in 2 minutes.

Never going back to this branch

Absolutely the worst hours. Get out of the dark ages. 10am to 3pm? Only 5 hours open. What do the staff do for the remaining 3 hours? Let me guess.this is your way of keeping staff as part-time for cost savings.

I have difficult mobility issues, handicapped parking is oftentimes occupied by non permit holders. Have made several inquiries with staff asking for different types of account permissions with staff having never followed up nor even been bothered to listen

I was at this bank today to deposit 2 cheques i was next inline stood there for like 15 minutes> 3 tellers working one was in a conversation with fellow employee second one was dealing with a guy wanted to know which his best options are with scotia bank accounts and teller was explaining to him 3rd teller was dealing with a customers looked liked she did not know what she was doing.
Branch manager at that branch please train your tellers to tell people to book appointment talk to a person that can inform them of products scotia bank has leaving people like me to drop into branch make a deposit or withdraw and get go lunch before going back to work i only have 30 minutes lunch break.

Worst experience. Stuck with this bank. Atm machine took my 100 dollar bill and never deposited it into my account. Done 3-4 inquiries with staff nobody helped.
And see their working hours, like come on are your guys even opening. Somebody woking 8 to 5 for the week cant get hold of bank. Will change the bank.

The old lady with bags under her eyes who calls herself a "branch manager" is a gusti.i came in to put in $500 in my saving account and it got "flagged" by her, she come up to me shakes my hand and says "hi I'm neena parmar the branch manager for this location if you could come with me" it felt like i was under arrest. I'm surprised she didn't have handcuffs, she asked me how i got $500, like what? $500 you're really going to question that.she feels like she works for CRA rather than a bank.or her nose is just to big to peek into other people's business. NEENA KEEP YOUR BEAK OUT OF PEOPLE'S BUSINESS. YOUR ACTUALLY SO NOSEY. THAT I CLOSED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND MOVED TO TD. I WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO HEAD OFFICE AND I WILL ASK THEM IF THE QUESTIONS YOU ASKED ME ARE ACTUALLY ALLOWED. AS IT IS UTTER NONSENSE. YOU SHOULD BE FIRED FROM THERE. Im giving two stars as the ladies at the counter are nice.but when if you ever speak to ray or Neena.it will be your worst nightmare.you will get bombarded with tons of questions which do not even relate to your account.plus side is its the only branch ive seen that have sweets
