This store constantly forgets order items and then denies it ever happening, does not offer a refund or replacement item!

Well, I would just like to say there are numerous of government and privately owned liquor stores in the neighborhood, I mean within 5 minutes of each other. I haven’t been in here for a little while but their prices are ridiculous. The worst thing that got me is when I asked what’s the price of their little 50ml bottle of 99 was told $5 each…
That’s 150% markup from the local government store and the most expensive I’ve ever seen anywhere. Obviously I didn’t buy it and I’ll never be going back.

Rude and unprofessional cashier just enquired about prices and he goes ballistic I am a professional who goes to different establishments quite often so don’t read the book by its cover customers comes in every shapes and sizes. Regards

Very good service, staff is friendly and helpful. They have nice brand of liquor at a very good price. Me and my friends go to store whenever we need liquor
