From start to finish you won’t find a better realtor. He cares for his clients and makes sure to take time to show properties and prioritizes you as his client. He assisted in finding my first home and showed us so many houses. He never once complained and always came with enthusiasm and was committed to finding the right place. The little things matter and Scott goes out of his way to do the little things (printing off the house sheets so I could take notes), following up on properties we liked and responding in a timely manner even when very active in his practice. He is also very knowledgeable and gives his honest opinion about a house and thoughts on what it could look like if changes were to be made.

I’ve delt with a few realtors over the years and everything comes back to how Scott does his process on showing properties and address us as a client.

Scott McDowell recently helped my family and I relocate from 100 mile to kamloops. Scott was amazing and I would highly recommend him as a realtor.
