Outstanding service. I broke down by the old spca turnoff in Trail. Called BCAA 67 person in line. Called scrap king and they not only had picked me up in under an hour but somehow put my BCAA through too.once we had taken the car to the dealership I had no way home as trail taxi wasn't answering there cellphone. The tow truck driver said he would drive me home, I couldn't tell you how much I appreciated him. Would recommend 10 outta 10.

Although they did not have what was needed they were friendly courteous and fairly quick in finding us the answer.

They told us 2.5 hrs for the service but charges us 3 hrs and didn’t tell us about fuel surcharge. There is another tow service in the area called Keegs Towing. They have better rates.

They specialize in fleecing Albertans and taking advantage of teenage girls. There's a reason the festival brings in another company from further away. I wouldn't let these ftards pull the TP from my eh hole.

The driver was amazing! I was traveling with my mom laura palmer and siblings. We got a flat tire and was having trouble finding somewhere in castlegar for a tire. He told us to check down at scrap king for a tire we got there and the rest of the staff was incredible. We got the tire fixed and back on the road! Thank you for your help and kindness

Their drivers do know what they are doing and do a great job. Lucky to have a good towing operation like this in the area when needed!

I have called Scrap King 5 or 6 separate times looking for different parts, to be told that they will look and see if they have one and call me back. Not once have I received a call back. Then when I call again to ask about it, they have no idea what im talking about.

Complete rip off. I have never been so gouged for for money on my life! The add ons on the Bill were just rediculous!

Such a great help when my car broke down on the highway today! I'm covered by BCAA so can't speak to the expense of towing, but the people working behind the desk were super friendly and helpful, they called around and found a shop for me to take my car to that could fix it same day, and the driver got me there in time to get my car sorted out! So grateful!

Very helpful staff I called for a part and when they didn't have it.
They went that extra Km (mile)
And called me back and told me they didn't have it but Lordco in Fruitvale had the new part in stock. For $ 49 + tax.
