Thankfully these folks are willing to be a UPS access point when NO BUSINESS for 20km are willing to put up with the abuse that we @Cityscribe were subjected to. Good luck guys

I'll admit, the place could be a little cleaner. However, I completely disagree with those who suggest the owners as impolite; my experience couldn't be further from that. Very kind people. And while the place was mildly unclean, "filthy" seems to be an overexageration from my experience.

I will drive to Burnside before I use this laundry again.

Over priced, unfriendly, dirty, and old.

Had a great experience doing laundry here today. Diane is so lovely, and made the hours that I needed to spend washing much more enjoyable!

Like others said.filthy! And $4 to wash and $4 to dry in the smallest machines possible! What a dump for such a high cost! $12 to wash and dry just over half a laundry basket! Mise well find somewhere else. Did you know u can use laundry facilities at hotels for $4 to wash and dry!? !? And they are clean!

Old school. Old machines but they work and price is reasonable. The man at the front is nice and friendly. The place is laid back, wasn't very busy.

Went there at 5: 30pm to do some wash since their website information says they are open until 8pm. Found out they actually close at 6pm upon arriving. The woman was unfriendly and was rude when I asked why the website was displaying incorrect information. I won't be back.

Horrible customer service, the owner changed the hours and have me attitude when I told him his website saysit closes at 8.

They put large safety pins through my $400 skirt to hang it which left noticeable holes behind. Would not recommend.

Had his mask hangover over his ear. Wiped his face then handed me change. Zero covid precautions

Unfriendly customer service from the older man. Definitely did not make me feel comfortable about dropping off an expensive package. Didnt give me a confirmation email because I hadn't tipped him.even though it's a ups service to do so.

I've been here several times to pick up packages and everytime has been a horrible experience

The man and woman who work the front desk are extremely rude and disorganized.

Everything I've gone in, they complain about having to find my package, say they can't find it but then do, or just dismiss you rudely.

The worst customer service I've ever expereienced and I'm grateful we have moved so I no longer have to pick up packages from there

Don't know why everyone is saying he was rude. I thought he was a nice guy and did a great job.

Older guy working there is so rude and absolutely incompetent. The customer service is non-existent, and he can’t even do the job correctly for receiving packages.go anywhere but here, unless you want your package lost in the mail with no confirmation you even dropped it off

Worst Experience!

Wish I could rate them in negative. Highly unprofessional. If your machines don't work properly you better inform the client and replace your machines.rather than wasting people's time. After 45 mins of putting in the dryer I ended up getting wet clothes. Atleast try and respect your clients time.

This place doesn't even earn a start. Don't bring your laundry here, it is filthy. I turned around inside after looking at the machines! Everything is extremely dirty!

I went to pick up my package from UPS and the behaviour of the person behind the desk was so rude. It is my worst experience to talk with any individual ever

Unfriendly fat guy, dirty place, allows people to put dirty clothes or rugs directly into the dryers

Machines are a little older but work well. Staff was very nice and accommodating. No issues here.

Friendly staff. They take the time to get to know us (my girlfriend and I), Even remembering things about our work we told them weeks ago. Never usually busy or crowded. Its clean and also has post boxes available. Usually a golf game on tv. Reason for 4 stars is the loads wash or dry are 4 dollars and we have had cheaper in victoria, also wish their were more machines.

Place is laundry wasteland. Dirty out dated machines, excessive prices. Classic no competition facility, I would drive across town then return to this place.

Very dirty laundry facilities. All the washers were caked with grime. The 3 load washers were filthy, the top part where you put in the soap was just compacted with laundry soap. These machines have never been cleaned or wiped down. My first time there but I would never go back! It is $3.00 dollars a load to wash and the wash is maybe 20 minutes. Also $3.00 dollars to dry. Very expensive and poor quality. I know other reviewers have said positive comments about the owners. But I really didn't have that experience. And for a laundry it was extremely filthy! They don't seem to care about the business or the customers. Now I wish I would have taken a picture of the filth. Maybe I'll go back and do that.
