I gave my brother in law a treat for his birthday and he enjoyed his pedicure. Very friendly and so relaxing

My first time going to this salon and I will not be coming back. There was miscommunication whether I booked appointment or not. When I was asked if I had an appointment, I said no but I called just 10 minutes ago asking if I could come in and they said yes. She was asking me why did I say I have no appointment. I personally didn’t think it was a big deal like I did mention I was the one who called just 10 minutes ago. The ladies tone was very rude and I was really taken back like I was speechless. I had almost got up to just leave but one of the other ladies defended me saying that I did mention I called. What made me feel more uncomfortable was I heard the lady full on complain in Vietnamese about me to her co worker on how I wasn’t clear on my appointment.even though I said in the beginning I’m here for a shellac pedicure and I called just earlier. I didn’t want to talk back so I just let her rant about me and I understood every single thing she said. Overall, there was a different girl who helped me with my service today and she was really nice and gentle so my rating goes to her. However the other lady who initially helped me made me slightly uncomfortable.

Anna is truly amazing! She really delivers when you ask for something and really takes her time to clean your nails. She does the best designs and my nails look gorgeous after…Love this place

Very happy with my shellac manicure today! Helen’s attention to detail is impeccable - she went overtime to ensure everything was perfection. Such a sweetheart too. The salon is clean and pricing is reasonable. All you could ask for, really! Looking forward to my next mani. Highly recommend!

Dec 20/22 - Another gel mani with Victoria this time. Her attention to detail is also outstanding. She is kind, patient, takes time to prep/shape nails and extra coats/drying time to ensure results are perfection. Not to mention, they braved the snow in order to keep my appointment. Love this salon and its wonderful staff!

Very friendly and helpful staff.

They put great amount of time and energy in making what the customer wants happen.

Very gentle with nails and the service is fast.

Mani pedi included lotion massage and hot towel + hot stone.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is they didn’t have air conditioning on when I was there and it was a very hot day.

Great service, I will definitely go back and recommend this salon to everyone.

I Absolutely love these girls! They are incredible with what they do! It will last and the place is always very clean!

I had great experience there. Helen the girl did my pedicure certainly good and professional very detailed, took her time, and no rush at all, even tey close at 7pm they went over time just to finish everything. Very happy with service and definitely going back.

Big language barrier the owner is very rude and it’s 2nd she messed up my appointment and yet don’t know how to say sorry never going back

The ladies that work here are really rude.they did a decent job on the pedicure but they barked orders at you, did nothing to make you feel welcome, gave you dirty looks.they were a bit rough with the cuticle tools and now my toes are sore.not sure how they stay in business with their attitudes.

The female doing my manicure pedicure did a good job on my nails. However she was very distracted and kept checking her phone constantly while doing manicure. When other customers came she was in a hurry to finish my work and did not pay proper attention to me.

Have been coming to Anna's salon for many years and always so happy with the results. The prices are awesome and everything is super clean.

Wonderful staff, relaxing environment, and great service!

I wanted to get my nails done as I have important events to attend today. I went to this place with my bestfriend yesterday, and we received very poor service. Everything's done in rush. Then last night, one of the color of the nail of my bestfriend got off. We are very disappointed and will NEVER be coming back to this place. Not recommending this to any one of my friend.

Fair price for the pedi, although I would've liked a more thorough treatment for callus removal. I wish they had used a callus removal gel on top of the callus shaver, it would have worked much better.

I've been here many times as I live nearby and my nails never last long at other salons but here they seem to last so long. Good quality and reasonable prices.

I really enjoy going to Sculpture Nails & Spa. They are friendly & affordable. I would definitely & have recommended getting your nails done here. They take their time & make sure that your nails are done just the way you want them. I haven't been able to get in for a fill yet & my nails look the same on January 15th as they did on the 22nd of December. They've just grown out.

Got busy with life and didn’t have any time to do nails. This shellac done by Sculpture Nails looks as it did on the day it was done, after 4-weeks. No nicks, chips, or flakes. If my nails didn’t grow out so long I could wear it even longer.

I will always keep coming here as my nails last perfectly for a full 3 weeks! Best quality nails I’ve received. Very friendly service and I love the atmosphere. I’ll keep coming back!

I booked an appointment online and it said "confirmed" and viewed by them. I go there and they said it's too busy and they didn't see it. Not a good experience. I left another appointment trying to make it on time to go there. They suggest to just call first but when I tried itd go to voicemail.

Friendly people and super detail oriented. Love the massage I get with my pedicure and the quality is really good.

Been coming to this salon for a year & a half now. It’s the only nail salon I go to. Anh is great as are the other ladies there! Would definitely recommended. I would suggest calling to make an apt rather than just dropping in though. For parking your best is street parking although there is also an underground parkade.

I stayed at the hotel in the area and called to see it I could come in as a walk in. I got a prompt appointment that afternoon. The place was busy, with all technicians working. I was amazed at the service level and the attention to detail. I was very happy with my pedicure, and the reasonable price!

I'm surprised at the good reviews. Ive been there twice. I just got a gel polish change both times. The first time, it was okay. It was the owner who did my nails. The colour did last three weeks but the shape of my nails were uneven. This place is close to my house so I went back again for another polish change. This time another lady did my nails and she was so rude. Every colour I picked, she would say they don't have it but didn't help me find a similar colour. Also I asked for almond shape but she did round and said my nails are too short but never confirmed with me before doing it. She keeps going on her phone and leaned back in her chair as if she's chling at home. She was just so rude that I didn't even want to tip her. It's been a week and my shellac is coming off already. I don't wanna go bk to fix it because I can't stand her attitude.
