Worst office for communication and pretty much anything. I will be looking into changing offices now I do not recommend coming to them. I was booked in for a appointment we’ll in advance and there lack of communication was horrible to let me know that the dr was not even going to be there while I had driven 1.5 hours out of town to reach this appointment and not to say a whole days of work that was missed and all I get is sorry.come on please learn to communicate with your patients better.

Dr. Sally Clark worked on a completely destroyed RTC/bicep mid year 2022. Yes, wait times were a bit long, but this is the SeaToSky corridor where a LOT of people break themselves. All I can say is once the surgery was done - and a difficult surgery to guarantee a full recovery at that - Dr. Sally Clark and the Office Staff ensured follow-ups, and showed genuine care and concern for my rehabilitation. 6 months later, the skilled surgical work of Dr. Sally Clark has resulted in a 100% recovery which we are both incredibly happy with. This is a busy office with 2 very busy Surgeons, they're doing their best to get to everyone. Be patient (no pun intended), as I can vouch for the fact it's 100% worth the wait to get things done "perfectly". Thank you Dr. Clark & S2SOrtho Crew!

Claims phone lines will be open between 9-3, called 50 times, clearly someone isn't in the mood to pick up calls. Messages are listned to 24 hrs later which does not AT ALL HELP ANYBODY. If xrays are closed until after your work starts, you cannot cancel because no one will awnser you, and then you will have to pay 80 dollars for not being able to cancel. Total money scam.
