The owner is very helpful. He fixed my car and I saw a little flaw when I brought my car home. He fixed that again for me without any hassle.

Someone rear ended me messed up my back bumper and I called everywhere but they all said it was gonna take months I called sea wall auto they told me there was a wait but slightly less than the other shops so I went with them I waited less then half the expected time before they called me back and my car was in and out so fast. They gave me a loaner car and Erfan was literally the nicest guy ever never missed a step informed me the whole way and made this process the easiest it could have been. I can highly recommend this place if you want fast friendly informal and personal assistance with your car everything was done perfectly it’s rare to find places this good I highly highly recommend

My neighbour accidentally clipped my vehicle at my home address. I took it down and they gave me a quote for the vehicle to get it fixed which was very reasonable considering the damage. Eventually i took it down to them to get it fixed and they did an absolutely great job. They called me when it was complete and i didn't have time to pick it up so they dropped it off at my home address which was close to the shop. Great guys, great service. I would highly recommend Sea Wall to anyone. They are also open most Saturdays which is ideal for someone who is busy Monday through Friday.

Beyond our expectations! I took our Nissan Rouge for repair. The service was just amazing. Excellent customer service from Seawall Auto body staff. They completed the job in time and also polished the entire car and made it look brand new. I received a courtesy car for the entire time the car was at the shop. Highly recommended!

Had a tree fall on my SUV from a bad wind storm. Had me in right away with a rented car waiting as I arrived. Did a excellent job! Even managed to vacuum all the dog and goat hair out of my vehicle. That must have took a while.experienced and super friendly staff.if you need a fix. I highly recommended seawall auto body.

Took my 2016 WRX here to get fixed after someone clipped the front end. I immediately got a brand new courtesy car and was constantly notified on the progress of my car while they were fixing it and waiting on one of my rims to come back from another shop. My car came out looking perfect and immaculately clean.

I (my wife) recently took our Lexus IS 250 to Seawall Autobody in Port Coquitlam for a minor repair because our car was rear ended. I don’t have much experience with other repair shops for comparison but I have heard many stories about how horrible big name franchise shops like Craftsman and Boyd are from my friends and family members, so we were looking for smaller scale repair shop for our car.

After some research, Seawall Autobody caught our eyes. Close to where we live, and many good reviews. Sure, I am aware good online reviews mean nothing nowadays, but we decided to give it a shot anyway.

Friendly staff, check. Paperwork done without problems, check. These are pretty easy checks to get. We both work in Vancouver and not that easy to get off work early just for this kind of things. Plus, our daughter is in a daycare so we need to pick her up too. So it’s not so easy for us to be there before they close at 6. The owner told us not to worry. He said he could stay behind because he is always busy and stay behind pretty much everyday. Even if that’s the case, we, as working parents, really appreciated his offering this. A huge check.

But what matters is the end result. That’s where your view toward any business changes. Okay here it comes.

The day we got our car back. The first word that came out of my mouth is “What? ” in disbelief. There was one noticeable chip on the rear bumper that was not related to the accident (I hate road debris) And some other minor scratches. They went beyond and fixed them all as well. The rear bumper is now as good as brand new. Check.

This service is the service that deserves our hard-earned money. Seawall Autobody deserves it. Should we need any more repair jobs, Seawall Auto body will be our first choice.
