The black pepper smoked salmon was really good! Didn't have time to try their other seafood

Lovely staff and very tasty fish, the chips were a bit dry but the fish made up for that. Definitely a great local fish and chips!

The best fish & chips ever. The fry’s were cooked just right, fish was a light tasty tempura with delightful flavoured halibut, coleslaw, crab cakes, excellent.

We stopped in, after visiting friends in town to grab some crab for a BBQ sadly we came too late as they were all sold out, the young lady with white glasses was very knowledgeable and even gave us some tips in prepping some of the other stuff we picked up. It's a small shop but has a good selection of fresh and frozen.

Amazing place for really fresh seafood. The fish and chips and tacos are wonderful too. The counter staff was friendly and top notch.

What an amazing find! We were passing through Nanaimo and needed a late lunch spot… the service was fabulous and the fish and chips were delicious! Couldn’t have found a better fish taco, either! What great selection and the prices were great!

After a long and expensive search, I have finally found IMO the best fish and chips anywhere. Where do I begin. The portions were large, so you certainly get what you pay for, however, you really should ask for extra ketchup and tartar sauce, you'll need it.lol
The taste was amazing, so delicious. Right down to the tartar sauce and coleslaw. Everything was awesome. I will certainly be back.

Disappointed with the cod fish and chips. We usually go to Maggie’s but unfortunately they’re closed at the moment. The fish and the fries were soggy and the fries portion was pretty small for the ‘family pack’. It looks and taste as though the fish was frozen and reheated? The only thing we liked was the coleslaw. Needless to say, we will not be eating there.

Finally! Found THE best fish n chips on the island. The fish was so fresh and perfectly battered, like in Ireland, soft but brown, not a big mess of greasy crispy.best chips too - like chippy truck quality, you could tell they had been double cooked.and the batter is dairy-free to boot! 4 minutes from the ferry in Nanaimo. It has been a long and frustrating search.cannot wait to return.incredible selectioon of other seafood and friendly service too.yeay!

Ever since it got new owners place has gone so down hill. Not even worth going in the store anymore.

Every year we purchase lobsters from Seadrift for our Christmas Dinner.
We usually pay $90 for two lobsters. This year we bought 3 and the price was $240.
Same size. When I called to inquire I was treated unkindly. So unfortunate.

This is strictly a soup review as i have not tried their fish and chips ect. I bought both their clam and seafood chowder from the freezer section. For the price there was zero flavor and the Seafood chowder was all potato and carrot with about 6 tiny rehydrated shrimp. Literally no seafood in at all, no clams, no fish nothing.
