Great customer service. Very easy to deal with. New security gate system is a bit questionable though.

This company is overrated & Toxic, toxic, toxic! Full of miserable, privileged, entitled lazy old white men! In hindsight I now regret taking this job. There’s zero workplace diversity & no friendliness or welcome! I was lied to & hired only as back-up casual as current casual rarely worked selective days, kept chair warm making multiple errors others had to fix. Trained for 3 weeks, then nothing for 2. Roasted by mgmt in interview. A full fledged, enabled bully got away with harshly & relentlessly judging me telling me what a horrible person I was patronizing, belittling scolding, yelling & verbally abusive to no end, I tried discussing & apologized for my presence. It’s awkward enough starting a new job but to be beaten down when you’re new is a whole new level. I’ve never had the nerve to speak to someone the way the bully did me conveniently when no one else was around. I was told to leave bully alone!? Venom was forced down my throat - mgmt & HR were completely useless defending, denying, minimizing & refusing to believe their diaper-wearing golden child was capable of what he did! I was set-up for failure, absolutely zero support! The drama & gossip alone had me running not walking away from this job! Every driver coming through was highly criticized. Colleagues didn’t want responsibility of training new member, were unapproachable & I was expected to know something after being shown once, only talked to when did something wrong, I did nothing right. I was provided zero direction. Constantly witnessed staff spending ample time on personal pursuits using company equipment angrily interrupted when they had to do their jobs, leaving work hrs early or not showing up at all & still getting paid for it! Said miserable old man who couldn’t log onto computer from another post bit my head off, chewed it up & spit it out after introductions. He’s past retirement, doesn’t need $ & has every excuse made for him made by supervisor who’s self absorbed & never around. I’ve been treated better in less desirable positions & companies!

This place is a joke. Old man at the front desk literally took 30 mins to take my credit card info. He was rude and unprofessional. I'm used to them being quite friendly and hospitable in years past. It's definitely a lot easier to deal with the staff on the mainland side. I will not be going after work on the island because of this single experience. He couldn't even log into his own computer and somehow made it my fault. He seemed to have a hard time spelling simple words and even reading credit card info. I expected a lot more from a company like Seaspan. Please do better.

Efficient staff. Made being a first time drive aboard easy and pleasant.

Very clean. Clear and easily understood lane markings. Had a nice little park for the kids and big grassed area for pets. Bathrooms very clean. Simple cafe inside that serves both hot and cold drinks and pastries. Outside was a hot dogs and smokies and ice cream window. We had the smokies and they were tasty.

The friendliest staff, and well thought out yard make this place a treat to visit.

My job takes me here a few times a month. The fellows that work here are awesome always helpful, a nice place to start a run
