Second Tyme Around & LC Fashions, Quality Consigned clothing

Went into the store hoping to find a deal but instead was flabbergasted by the prices of the mens clothes. In fact, most items were way overpriced, and went to winners instead. If your looking for fair prices then I suggest going across the street.

Staff were so sweet and even helped me find my way around the city. Definitely would recommend. They have such a large variety of great finds as well:)

Very belated review - but this was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Came into Second Thyme Around a couple months ago and realized my phone battery was running low. I asked the woman behind the counter if I could plug my phone in while I shopped and her response was a curt "No. Electricity isn't free.

I immediately walked over to Rosebuds, where they happily plugged in my phone & I spent the next couple hours shopping for a beautiful new winter wardrobe.

Had half a mind to walk right back to that woman with my $350 recepit for my own "Pretty Woman" moment.

BIG MISTAKE, guys. Hope the 3 cents of savings were worth it!

Great place. High quality stuff. Just clothes & shoes (no housewares). Got snowboard pants for less than $30.

LC is a nice enough store but the older woman working at Second Tyme Around is such a nasty lady I won’t shop there.

Great staff, and always helpful. Always a good selection of clothes and they are higher quality compared to other consignment/thrift stores.

This store is very clean and well organized. Color coded too. If your looking for something of a specific color or style it will be in the section they tell you. Consigning is easy and a nice way to get some extra pocket money. Plus recycling clothes helps people and is better for our environment. Its a win win all around.

Clean and slightly used clothing well displayed. Book online to bring clothes in for sale during Covid. Rules apply too.

I received apaulling customer service today. I took an open fitting room that had clothing in it because the other rooms were full and 2 other rooms were marked as closed. The curtain was open and I had tried to catch a worker's attention to make sure I could go in but she ignored me. When I was almost done trying on my items one of the workers ran up to the fitting rooms and shamed me for taking a "reserved room". I did not realize that you could reserve a room by dumping items in there. She insisted that I pass along all the other person's items immediately (even though I was not dressed) and laughed at me with the customer. I was extremely embarrassed. I have loved this place in the past, very disappointing.

Worst consigning process ever, extremely inconvenient. Not worth it. Go to all the other wonderful consignment stores in Kelowna. Oh! And to top it all off they insist that you pick up 20 hangers from them on one trip, then come all the way back with your 20 items a second trip. The entitled girl working there told me that "we don't let people hang their items in our parking lot" I mean.y'all think you're Gucci or something? Place is majorly underwhelming. Take your stuff elsewhere.

Great quality consigned clothing with competitive pricing. I go back often to see what new selection is in the store as the selection is always turning over. I've gotten my best high quality hiking and camping clothing here!

If you want the best quality in used clothing, come to Second Tyme Around, everyone will find something.

I have been consigning my clothes here for years and they always do a great job selling my used clothing. I just drooped of some really high end items from Robert Graham and Tommy Bahama. Check it out!

Always good to recycle and reuse clothes. I once found a new leather jacket here, originaly would have been 7 or 800. I got it for 80.

The variety of clothing is awesome! Everything is colour coded as well, so its visually appealing as soon as you walk in.

Unfriendly staff, consigning process is really inconvenient, totally turned off, sadly wont go back to consign.

I used to love this store and got most of my clothes from there. I would buy a whole new wardrobe and spend lots of money there. However their pricing has more than doubled in recent years, their customer service is terrible, and they treat all their customers like suspected shoplifters. I went in today to try on some stuff and was nothing but friendly with the staff, yet the lady felt the need to tell me "I'll be counting your items after you try them on to make sure you didn't lift any". Like WHAT! I only wanted to try things on, how rude is it to treat me like a criminal when I'm a high-paying regular customer? This isn't the first time they have sneered at me as if I were lower class than them. I have decided never to shop there again.

This place seems to have prices that are comparable to the more organized thrift stores like Value Village, but with a much higher emphasis on quality. It may be a bit lacking in items for men, but I found a nice shirt for $14 and I was happy.

Service without a smile. Staff young yet entitled. Went to drop off some designer clothes and actually sneered while reciting all the rules. Good thing there are other consignment places in town

Large variety of clothing, a bit on the pricy side but you pay for quality which is hard to find in this town

Awesome store lots to look at good way to spend time to find great quality clothing at a nice price.

Best consignment store in the Okanagan. Family run, local and they have been serving the Ojanagan for 40 years. Always clean and friendly. Reasonable prices and they give you good value for your used clothing!
