What a disaster of an experience at this car wash! Paid an arm and a leg, and they can't even clean a car properly. It's a joke! And don't even get me started on the boss. Rude doesn't even begin to cover it. Tried to vlog my experience, and Mr. Bossy Boots not only made me delete it but took a snap of my driver's license too. Who does that? ! If you value your time, money, and privacy, steer clear of this dumpster fire of a place!

I recently tried this place. Despite the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service they provided. My car looked sparkling clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. It's a mystery to me why others had negative experiences, but I'm happy with my visit.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the work was fantastic. I have an old car and they made it look new. Very happy.

Just finished the service there and I have to say I probably will not go back again. They are not my usual place but my usual place is not open until 10 o’clock. That’s why I decided to come here and try.they were both owned by Japanese but the standard of service were really different. This is not a mother and child friendly place. I wasn’t told that I need to remove all those things from the car by myself although the other place remove things for me before vacuuming. I had to remove everything myself and was even told in an in friendly manner that I have too many things in my car. Well, I have a seven month old baby what do you expect? And once I got my car back, the mirror was not right, the rear mirror that I can see my child was also moved so I had to park somewhere else and adjust everything.on top of that, the cleaning job was not very thorough. I can still see some water droplets inside the car. There’s still some hair right on my seat And that’s not my hair. They are also more expensive. And a tip to the staff, wait till the customer leaves before complaining about the customer in the languages you thought they don’t understand. Unfortunately, I do understand Japanese. I gave a three star review because I was hoping I was the only rare cases that they don’t serve with top standard customer service.

The RUDEST business EVER! The man didn't care about attending with respect and courtesy. Didn't answer my questions. Instead, he kept laughing in response to my inquiry about the services. He spoke proper English, so the language barrier didn't seem to be an issue. I asked him clearly if he's ignoring me for a reason he brushes me off by saying, "I'm busy, " which he clearly wasn't as he was sitting behind his counter when I walked in. He completely dismissed my presence. I wish they realized that this is the face of their business and that it seems like they don't really care about losing a new customer. NEVER GOING THERE!

Way too pricey and not worth cleaning as they don't clean it properly. I have brought my van to then and spent $85 just for inside and outside cleaning. But it wasn't clean inside. No vacuum or Dustin.so guys, watch out for this location.

I just had a car wash, but the interior was not done properly.
I spilled coffee in the car yesterday, that's why i need a wash, however, the stains are still found on the driver seat!

I paid $50 something for nothing. I go to hand carwash for the interior, but the job was poorly done. The didn't even vacuum in detail! Look at the pictures!
For this kind of service, it is no difference from paying $20.00 at those drive-in one for just the exterior.

Missed quite a few spots and blamed it on the dim lighting in the wash bays. No attention to interior or shaking out the mats, let alone vacuuming under them. Dissapointing for the price, i would not recommend.

$54 (price before tips that was asked for on the pos machine) for a entry level carwash. I must be out of mind in paying for that service. They even didn't clean the door frames inside where everyone else does that. Unless your print money at home, don't throw your money in here.

The owners are nice to me, but the people they hire some of them are rude and arrogant. And also price keep on going up, and they charge extra for cleaning the mat, it’s unbelievable

Don't be fool by " Japanese " name of this car wash. No different than autowash but you pay 4 time more here!

A decent hand car wash place in richmond! Just simple good cleaning. Pricing is fair but worth it. They even clean the undercarriage of the car!

After washing the outside of the car, I saw the baby's vomit and said that no employees were willing to do this and there was no way to wash it. Then it costs $46 to clean the entire car. Only the exterior of the car is washed. If the interior is not washed, the charge is $36. I will never go there again next time, poor attitude, poor quality, unreasonable charges

Have used this car was for myself. They are decent with hand washing and interior cleaning. But the management inside are not friendly at all. Don't expect any friendly service in the office! The cleaning guys are great! They went up with their prices. But fast and efficient.

Came here with family years back but a lot has changed. No one is ever at the front desk and the waiting room is freezing cold. They will speak badly of you and your car in Japanese thinking you don't hear or understand them. Overall very unwelcoming but they get the bare minimum job done.
