It has the Ordinary brand of products & the Better Than S*x waterproof mascara I like. However, whenever I go into their Woodgrove location, I try to get in & get out asap. It is SO hard to breathe & your eyes will burn! Why? ! They allow ppl to abuse the perfume/cologne testers. It is SO bad, I could already smell it when I was at Purdy's across that plaza area. A staff member there confided in me that she goes home w/ red eyes from having to be in that environment. If you are not going to disallow perfume testing, perhaps have it so ppl have to ask to do it. That would help, I'm sure. I never feel I can browse & see if there's anything else I may like. I have to run it get what I came for & run out!

A very busy place with lots of options for makeups.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The place is well kept and clean.
They also have a sitting area for people to try samples of make up.

All in all a pretty good place to get make up for a gift.

Was really disappointed to find out that Sephora’s return policy for Christmas only accepts the return before January 15th 2023. I received a benefit eyeliner and mascara as a Christmas gift and did not even receive the gift till past that date, as it was mailed to me and delays with mail over Christmas should be expected. Even if I were to have got the gift by Christmas, December 25th - January 15th is 21 days which is not an extended time at all, that is less then 30 days (normal return period time). The gift was purchased online, and are both not opened. I don’t think it is right to have such a short “extended” Christmas return period if you are asking for a store credit for the products you received as a GIFT as I have no control over when the gift was purchased. If you are going to offer an extended return option for Christmas it shouldn’t start in November and you should have different rules as most people won’t get the gift till December 25th so the return policy should at the bare minimum at least start on that date. This will influence asking for gifts from Sephora for Christmas in the future, as I really don’t find that fair or reasonable in general but especially when someone does not live close to a Sephora location.

I am always overwhelmed by the selection. Never know what to get unless I am looking for something in particular. The perfume scent was overwhelming had to exit fast.

Super crowded space and very overwhelming. I'm sure if I already knew about the product it would be wonderful but for me it was too much. Maybe once I learn a bit of the jargon of the beauty world, I will return. The staff was nice but just not a space for me

Great staff! Went in this afternoon with questions and a very knowledgeable young man gave me lots of good information on some different brands which made my choice much easier

Very cluttered and narrow paths. When it's busy it's like a maze trying to get to where you want to be. The space is too small though for all the displays/products so it's not really their fault.

Everyone there is so helpful and nice, I always love going to sephora to buy makeup and the people who work there are always so helpful

Today I went to Sephora. I’ve been to Sephora numerous times with no issues. Today all I went in for was a single item with my wallet visibly in hand. When I finally felt uncomfortable and looked around I was being followed and watched by every worker. Being First Nations I was incredibly offended yet my friend who I came with (Caucasian) wasn’t followed or watched. Seriously. It’s 2022 there’s no room for racial profiling. Not a good way to treat customers. I won’t be back.

Every time I go in—full face or otherwise—I’m treated horribly by a bunch of teenagers that have immense egos and superiority complexes. Never shopping here again and telling my friends to take their money elsewhere.

Ok up front imma be honest. I have no clue what's going on in here but my wife sent me in with some code words to say to staff and they were able to translate the code words into selling me a strange pencil crayon that had the magical properties of getting me out of the doghouse for a whole week. 5 stars bro!

My wife sent me photos from the Web of the products she wanted as I stopped into the store while driving up Island. The staff was pleasant and plentiful as they quickly rounded up the goods and sent me on my way. Best of all, my wife was so pleased, and I have a start on her Xmas list.

First visit into store.
Store: clean and organized, and wonderful bright colors.
Staff: when arriving we were greeted nicely, we were left to browse amongst the other customers, then it felt like I was being watched, saw couple staff peering at me wherever I went in the store and would look away quickly when I would look at them. I don't enjoy being watched and was ready to leave without buying anything. My daughter though very much wanted a couple items from there, so I got them hesitantly.
Product: my daughter was very happy with her pallet and body spray she got, I was wanting to try some brushes but hurried out once my daughter found what she really wanted.

I will go back again and hope that being watched like that was a one time experience, which is why I only did 4 stars and not 5.

Terrible experience today. Started out well with an offer to help. I was just stocking up on my favourite I. T foundation so I was okay there. When I went through the check out though I was met with a snarky cashier. Apparently annoyed that I gave her my red card to scan. Didn’t offer me the opportunity to use my points and all around bad attitude. Looks like Shoppers Drug Mart is going to get my business in future. I know it’s difficult to find staff but if people are treated badly you won’t need to worry about customers.

Everyone who works here is super friendly. If someone doesn't know how to answer your question, they bring you directly to someone who can. They really care about their customers needs and know the products they carry well.

Went in for foundation, sadly my type has been discontinued, lovely sales associate pointed me towards this product to try, have not tested yet but hoping for positive results, great service that day!

I am their regular customer when I lived in Vancouver, but to be honest I have no intention of complaining about them.but I'm really disappointed with the staff's attitude (white skin, long blond hair) she looked at me racistly and bossy. Why? Because i'm Asian? Sadly for her colleague, everyone there was so friendly different from everyone. Sorry

I literally choose to shop online because the staff always make me feel unwelcome.especially when I'm NOT WEARING MAKEUP. They always treat me like I dont know what I'm talking about or what I want.

I had a wonderful experience at this Sephora! The employee that helped me match my foundation shade was kind, friendly and made sure that the makeup I bought checked all my boxes.

Many staff, all are helpful, lots of make-up products, although the organization of the wares does confuse me quite a bit. Just ask the staff for recommendations or research what you want beforehand! Prices can be high but the quality it usually very good.

My mum and I were greeted by multiple lovely employees who made us feel welcome but weren't at all overwhelming and crowding. We had a great browse around and picked up some items, and then mum was captivated by the Anastasia Moonchild highlighter palette. She'd never used highlighter before and didn't want to buy a 6 item palette, so we had a look around for singles and ended up asking a LOVELY employee for help. I wish I remembered her name because she was absolutely wonderful! She helped us find a great single highlighter that was near dupe for the highlighter in the Anastasia palette that mum liked best and she was so happy. Thank you guys so much!

While I personally do not use their products I was there to see my ex. I can note I am very impressed with the depth of knowledge and keen interest the staff show while working with both the customers and the product. Having a background in management and retail sales it always impresses me to see a team effort at a location.
