Today me and my friend went to pacific sephora store and George helped us to find what we want, he was so kind and offered us good deals which we loved it
George explained very well about the products which are good and stay for long time, thanku George I'll love to come back and shop again

Zero customer service. My friend and I were wandering around the store for about an hour trying to find some suitable foundation and not one of the many staff working asked us if we needed assistance, no greeting, no eye contact. When we went to approach them, they walked away. I believe it was ageism, (we are middle-aged women). Not cool!

Won't support this location again.

Was in this sephora location for the first time and I think it was my last. It was not very busy in store I supposed to wait for one of the consultants for 5 -10 minutes. For that amount of time I can find any product by myself.
As well one of the consultants was very unfriendly and it seems like she did not want to help at all. Asked her about one of the products she referred me” if you did not see it on the shelf then we do not have”. She did not even bother to check online or if sephora have it in different locations, or she can offer something similar.
Very disappointed in Sephora. After this store I doubt to visit Sephora stores at all. I would better visit other store with great service that had visited after terrible service in Sephora.

Very great staff
They are nice and supportive
A BIG BUT existing for going there!

ALL PRODUCTS ARE FULL OF DUST! SAMPLES AND PACKED PRODUCTS!
It's unbelievable for a brand like this to ignore the cleanliness of stuff at this level!

You can see this in ALL makeup products and some skincare ones!

Do your best to go to other branches for your safety and experience
They are careless!

Update: thank you for your reply. I tried to inform staff about this issue in any visits I had there in the last 12 months, but nothing changed. As a loyal customer I just wanted to raise my voice to a higher level cuz, it seems this is the only branch in downtown that has this problem.

Most of the staff were kind, but I was surprised that one of the counter staff was so unfriendly.
I am not good at English. I didn't understand her sentence once, so I asked her to explain it again, but she ignored it and proceeded.
Also, I said “Thank you” twice after paying the bill, but she ignored them all and also she didn’t even look at me.
I'm very sorry I had a bad experience.

Went in to buy a new brush set but was just followed around the store like i was a criminal or something.the associate didn't ask if i needed a hand or anything, just followed me through every single aisle.it made me not want to buy anything from this location, i've never had such a bad experience at sephora

While a certain amount of customer service is good, it can be over the top pushy at times at Sephora downtown at times. Staff need to be taught to read the customer. I was literally stalked the other day while looking at hair products. I wasn’t making eye contact with the staff member who was in my eye line every time I turned a corner. It got to the point I had to say something.
I was asked if I needed help at least 10 more times by 10 diff staff while I was browsing. It was excessive. Unless I’m looking at you, I don’t need help!

Also I had a poor experience with customer service with a product I had an allergic reaction to. I’d bought a new product from a brand I trust in Sept that I thought I’d need in the winter. When I used it for the first time in Dec I had a bad reaction. Sephora would not help me. While I get it was past the return period, this was not the case of me just deciding I did not like the product. Not happy.

Very disorganized store. I was looking for a product and there was no box behind the sample but beside it there were boxes with no sample in front so I assumed that was it. I took it but it felt light so I looked inside the box to make sure it was the correct product. The young male sales man with a big attitude showed up and asked if he can help. I told him what I was looking for. He couldn’t find it. And AFTER he couldn’t find it, he started giving me attitude that I shouldn’t look inside the boxes. Literally minutes later. First of all, all their sales people always look inside the boxes when trying to locate a product. Second of all, have your store organized and have samples in front of boxes so a customer doesn’t have to guess. Third of all don’t give me attitude after you figured you can’t sell me anything. Yew.

Don’t expect any sales-floor person to know anything about skin care. I went in with a skin issue I was looking to get a product for and the person helping me took me directly to La Mer. She also had no understanding of the product type I was looking for. You’re better off doing your own research at home/online.

I have not had great experiences in Sephora to be honest which is why I do my own research on the brands before I come to shop. But I was pleasantly surprised to hear 3 staff in a row highly recommending the same brand. Camila was really passionate in her role and took the time to educate me on brands and consider my options before making a purchase. Good customer service is so hard to find so I really commend the team for making an effort to find the right product for me!

OK. I'm a dude. BUT, I have 7 daughters. This place has incredible variety and price range. Staff is quick to help despite it was very busy the day I was there, not pushy about sales but encouraging to bring out your own beauty (if that makes sense).

Booked a make up appointment with plenty of notice, putting down my credit card to secure the date. Received cancellation of my appointment this morning with less than 8 hours notice and no explanation other than a short automated text and email stating the cancelation.
I get that things happen, especially in our current environment, but the fact that I would have had to provide 24 hours notice to them or suffer a $20 charge leaves a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. On top of the fact that the website is still showing a bunch of appointments available for today. How many other people will be booking only to have the same disappointment?
C'mon Sephora, you can do better than this from a customer service standpoint.

Girl at the door completely ignored me when I came in after seeing me but said hello to the people behind me no problem. I spent about $76 on a powder alone today and spend even more sometimes so I’m a good customer. Someone should instruct the people at the door not to just acknowledge the people that look rich to them. It’s in poor taste…

I love that there's a Sephora inside the Pacific Center. Workers were beyond than helpful, even when the store was really crowded. This was my second time in a Sephora, and just because of this experience I will come back and I highly recommend this one specifically.

The wide range of products at sephora is mind boggling. If I could just stay there for hours on end I'd be a happy woman! The associates were all helpful and cheerful even on a very crowded day.
