I had a very disappointing first and only appointment with Dr. Voon. I would never recommend her to anyone. She charged me over $200 for approximately a 10cc bolus of vitamin. I came into the clinic to have a full IV therapy and Dr. Voon refused at the end of our visit using the excuse that she thought I might have a reaction. However, she provided a tiny bolus dose after I insisted that I would be fine and that I am a Nurse and feel comfortable with the full treatment. I had a feeling during the visit that she did not want to wait for the IV as she seemed distracted and impatient. If a Dr. “truly” feels a patient would have a reaction, best practice would be to email or call the next day to check in which she did not. She responded in an email back that I am to take responsibility for my own care. Very unprofessional.
I walked out completely empty handed with no information to follow, only the mention that Dr. Voon would summarize my visit and email me recommendations for vitamins and a meal plan etc. After waiting 8 days i informed the clinic I had received nothing from Dr. Voon and later that day received her email with a pathetic treatment plan with 4 recommendations and nothing to summarize how she wanted to proceed with my treatment. I have spoken to countless people who have seen other Naturopaths and received detailed instructions and follow up. It is my opinion that this clinician did not care for my health, she appeared distracted and had little attention to detail. I walked out feeling hopeless and unimportant.

There was also no friendly warm welcome from the front desk lady either. She was blunt and did not even look up from her desk and offer a hello when I walked in. Very uncomfortable environment.

Leila Montemayor is an great acupunturist. I feel very luck to have found such amazing professional so close to home.

In just 2 visits she was able to relief considerably the pain in my leg. Highly recommended.

Cedric is very professional and friendly. This is my first massage in 6 months and would definitely go back for more!

Great service, friendly, awesome hair cut and beard place. Issa is an artist with the straight razor and at cutting hair. An old school real barber and barbershop. I love this place and won’t go anywhere else. Took a while to find a great barber after being out of the country for years.

Dr. Jaspreet Kalsi is very professional and fun to talk with! We had some common interests which we talked about and made me feel comfortable all throughout the session. While we were talking, she would execute all those superb chiropractic adjustments without making me feeling nervous. She is the best! Can't wait for my next session!

Naturopath lacks empathy, it seemed like an impersonal way of doing treatment and awkward. At the start of the appointment she wanted to book more sessions and had showed up late. Seems better to do an explanation of the services then later discuss booking more sessions depending on how it goes. Couldn’t fully tell if she was trying to up sell products or if it was genuinely needed.

RMT Cedric is awesome. Has some different techniques with hand vibration that I haven't received through other RMT's in the past. He's also good with deep tissue massage if that's your thing. Highly recommend!

First time visiting this business and It won't be my last! My therapist Tessa was so amazing! Friendly, attentive and professional. She definitely was capable of meeting my needs. I've been bouncing around different places not being able to find a good fit in an rmt and now I finally can say I have! Thankyou Tessa!

Dr. Kalsi is extremely informative, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole appointment duration. Good location with tons of parking space.
