Best service ever. New to Duncan. Had to renew drivers license. Pleasant efficient rep. Wish I remembered his name.

If you are going to this one to do a road test think again because chances are you'll fail for scanning to much and for not being impatient enough and even if you think you did a 360 check wrong do it differently or maybe don't wear sunglasses that they let you wear and you have to do exactly the speed limit if not higher. Overall not a fun place and from my experience they do not have knowledgeable driving instructors or at least the female driving instructor is very condescending and thinks she's better then all drivers in the world.thanks for the bad experience.you should be able to request who you're instructor is going to be or at least by gender. Seems like the first N test is a fixed fail by default just to take you're money again thanks so much. NOT!

Fast and friendly service. Only 3 people ahead of me. Got my driver's license renewed and I was done in less than 15 mins

Jennifer was terrific! She helped me solve a problem I had been having for 6 months in 5 minutes and fully explained and answered all my questions!

I love how the "public servants" work only on days that most eople work and the hours that most people work, now I have to take time off losing money, to renew a card the government requires to identify my person for health services. Maybe try being open Saturday's to serve people who can't afford to take a weekday off to go sit in queue, waiting for your attention.

Staff was not helpful, not understanding and not accommodating. Overall one of the poorest experiences with an ICBC to date.

They haven't updated there hours on the internet and when you tell them that they lie to you and tell you they have. Zero respect for people's time

Very pleased with the help I received this morning. Everyone who dealt with me was very friendly and helpful - couldn't ask for better.

They had marking on the floor so that everyone knew where to go and stand. The line progressed very fast and the lady that helped me was knowledgeable and polite.

I only wanted to add a piece of i.d. To my file, as per my instructions at the Motor Vehicle branch in Victoria. Victoria had renewed the liscense after spending 40 mins.verifying that I could just ' have it ' after 2 years. Into the Access Centre in Duncan to pass in the i.d, I was standing at the wicket with this person who spent 60 minutes and more figuring out a way to revoke it. In effect they took my liscense away. I already had the car, insured it and NEEDED it for my new job. I was given a list of 'tasks' to perform for the drivers liscense that I was pardoned from at the D. M. V.in Victoria. It's now almost 1 year later and I'm still grinding away at my "sleep apnea" test which took 4 months to arrange and another 2 to get a working sample. Customer Service is where you are assisted to a speedy resolution by a professional. I was instead treated to the worst experience of this kind ever in my life with a host of negative ramifications I couldn't begin to list here.

Was looking for a "Commisioner of oaths" but won't be going there as the reviews are shocking!

Friendly, competent, and timely. I wouldn't normally say such good things about government interactions. No or short line-up the few times I have been. Oh yeah, and there is a stuffed mountain lion there!
