Service BC Centre Maple Ridge

I am immensely grateful to the road test instructor named Emanuel who was very kind and polite. I was so nervous to drive as my first road test didn’t go very well as I had John as my instructor who I felt was very intimidating. Emanuel on the other hand made me very comfortable hope that ICBC takes into account that more instructors like Emanuel should be recruited and he deserves not just 5 but 5 million stars.

Just had my class 5 test and Emmanuel was an amazing tester, made me feel at ease and relaxed, more testers like him are needed!

I was recently there to help my elderly mom reactivate her medical msp card and her bc ID
The line up was long and the waiting time was two hours, right off the bat the gentleman Greg at the check-in desk was amazing and super nice w A huge smile, he treated me like gold and got the ball rolling while me n mom sat and waited.
After about 90 minutes my name got called up and preceeded to see a lady and her name is Diane or Diana, I hope I'm saying that right but what a great service this people are providing for the community we're very very impressed and I wanna give my thanks to all the wonderful ppl who work there, GREAT JOB AND WE REALLY APPRECIATE Y'ALL 5/5

Had my N test with emanuel and it was amazing i was very nervous beforehand and he was very kind and his positive and kind attitude helped me calm down and i believe that’s why i was able to pass

I walked in to Services BC today and was told there was a three hour wait. The man at the check in took my info and I received a text an hour and fifteen minutes later to go in. I had the most amazing service from Nisha who helped me and the man behind the check in desk who was not wearing a name tag. Thank you both so much for everything!

Loved the staff, I especially came from Langley and it was a totally great experience there

If your out on the heat I suggest here or service canada building. The best air conditioning our tax dollars can provide

If you book an appointment, it is super easy. Otherwise, you'll be waiting, potentially a long time. The employees are doing a great job.

It was a good service and fairly quick. And I arrived there drop-in. I have been there a few times, never had any issues.

I had my driving test today. Examiner LB was very rude. She told me to take left turn from next intersection and i had to change two lanes to make turn. I asked that can I change lanes, she replied very rudely that you should know what you have to do. I changed lanes with safe gap but she lied and said that you gap was not safe. She lied and failed me. Icbc is a business to fail persons without mistakes and earn money. Now i have to wait for 2 months even I didn’t have mistaken. I will never visit this location again.

Best place for road test Jessie is the best examiner in whole lower mainland, she is very friendly and won’t let you get nervous.

These girls were great.

After having her question answered by a co-worker one girl says to the other, "I don't know how you remember all this information. "
I called her Johnny Mnemonic.
They laughed, I laughed.

We totally had a time!

In the end she says to me, 'Congratulations! '
I left feeling like a stud.

Heck. Let's do that again.
